Everyone at Infiniti was very professional and friendly. Sean and Doug were great, both extremely helpful and made sure our needs were met. The fact that Sales Manager, Jim McColgan, came and personally shook my hand to congratulate me on my purchase shows the exemplary customer service that Infiniti Naperville-Lisle has. They made the car buying experience painless and in the end we walked out with a smile. We would recommend this dealership to all our family and friends, and will definitely be back for future purchases.

Pre Owned Jaguar XF Supercharged...OUTSTANDING!!!!
Purchased our family's 7th vehicle from Scott this past weekend. A beautiful Jaguar XF Supercharged with balance of CPO warranty. Scott Rehfeldt, Jim McColgan, and Ryan were again nothing short of spectacular. Scott has been great since we first met him 6 months ago. He has always identified the right vehicle for the need and made sure all was right with it, Jim took care of the financing and vehicle arrangements, and Ryan took the time (yet again) to learn a non-Infiniti branded vehicle's telephone and navigation system to teach me how to use it when I picked it up. You are treated like royalty as soon as you walk in the door of the dealership; very freindly and professional. No hard sales here, just great deals and great service and no time wasted! This is my second M37 and Scott helped me both times. I had a lease that was coming to an end and needed a car fast! After communicating with Scott the exact color, options, and price, he wasted no time and met all my expectations! Delivery of the vehicle by Scott and Ryan was very thorough and professional. After purchase customer service was also very nice; Service team and showroom staff always very courteous. I used to hate the process of buying cars but the experience at Infiniti Naperville is top notch and highly recommended!
