Great Service, Great Prices

I went to the Naperville Infinity dealership because they had the best deal going on in the entirety of Chicago. I got the car I wanted for a very good price. The service was outstanding and Steve Johnson, my salesperson, treated me very well, answering my questions and addressing any concerns. Ryan Indelicato explained fully all the in's and out's of my car very clearly and carefully. The finance manager, Ray Wolski helped me out financially to a degree I had never experienced before. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. I give it a 100%.

The Greatest Infiniti Dealership

Great dealership very professional and accommodating. Scott brought the car to me for a test drive at my job because I was pressed for time. Scott is very professional has been at Infiniti of Naperville for 14 years and I would recommend him highly. I am planning to make a purchase and I will be purchasing from Scott at Infiniti of Naperville

Though I didn't originally select this dealer for the...

Though I didn't originally select this dealer for the quality of service, that changed the moment I first interacted with them online. Like many car buyers, I searched the car I wanted, then contacted the (at the time unknown) dealer to arrange a test drive. I was pleasantly surprised by how responsive Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle was. They kep me apprised of the car's availability and even took additional pictures of the vehicle and sent them to me by email. The test drive was pleasant, and the sales process was easygoing and enjoyable. The few flaws with the vehicle were fixed within a week and I picked it up in Like New condition. I was extremely happy with Steven Johnson and Tony Saldana - they made my experience a great one, and I will probably return the next time I'm looking for a car.

Bob provided us with a no haggle deal and matched a certificate price that we were able to get from another Infiniti dealer in the area from our online research. We wanted to stay local and they made sure that happened. Ryan was EXTREMELY detailed in providing us with our tutorial of the new vehicle. The service department was able to turn the detailing around in a decent amount of time considering the weather conditions. Overall, we are extremely pleased not only with our purchase, but the professionalism and courtesy with which it happened. Thank you.

Scott Rehfeldt was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. He targeted what I was looking for and was responsive to my concerns. After the sale the other members of the team were professional and helpful. The dealership itself is a very attractive facility and appears to be very well run.
