Purchased our family's 7th vehicle from Scott this past weekend. A beautiful Jaguar XF Supercharged with balance of CPO warranty. Scott Rehfeldt, Jim McColgan, and Ryan were again nothing short of spectacular. Scott has been great since we first met him 6 months ago. He has always identified the right vehicle for the need and made sure all was right with it, Jim took care of the financing and vehicle arrangements, and Ryan took the time (yet again) to learn a non-Infiniti branded vehicle's telephone and navigation system to teach me how to use it when I picked it up. You are treated like royalty as soon as you walk in the door of the dealership; very freindly and professional. No hard sales here, just great deals and great service and no time wasted! Thank you so much! I look forward to years of continued purchases!

Wonderful search and buying process
I came in looking for a used smaller SUV for myself. ( This was the January and I had been looking since November.) I did not initially see one that I liked. Ernie called me a few weeks later when the car I ended up buying became available. He was busy when I came in so Scott got it all ready for me to drive then went over everything with me. When I came back a few days later to possibly purchase the car, both of them worked to get it to the monthly payment we could afford. One worked on the price of the car and the other on the financing. They knew I wanted it and made it happen for a great price. They could not have been any nicer. This dealership really concentrates on service. When my daughter was looking for a used car, the salesman she spoke with even contacted her when he found a car she might like at a competitor.

This is the second Infinity I have leased in the past two years. I was very happy with customer service and straight forward negotiations with Infinity of Naperville. There was no BS. Quick, easy and cost effective. I would recommend working with Sean Pelkey. Nice guy and treated me with the respect a customer deserves.

This is my second purchase from this Dealership and both experiences have been absolutely positive. I didn't think it could get any better the second time around, but it did. Sean and his team did a great job and I never felt so comfortable purchase a vehicle as I did this time around. Got the car I wanted and at a great price. I initially chose Infiniti of Naperville as they consistently had the most competitive pricing for CPO G and M infiniti cars within 100 miles of Chicago. At the dealership, Patrick was friendly, efficient, and displayed considerable patience. He took me on 4 test drives in 2 different CPO models, and then on a new Q50 test drive. He negotiated a good deal on a used M37, and a great deal on a leased Q50. Patrick and his team are great to work with and i look forward to working with them over the next 3 years of my lease.

Great experience with Scott Refeldt
Had yet another absolutely spectacular experience with Scott Rehfeldt at Infiniti of Naperville. I was looking for a quality pre-owned car for my college-aged daughter. I called Scott and told him we were interested in looking at three vehicles and set the appointment. When my daughter and I pulled up to their delaership, he met us outside and had all three cars in front, running, warmed up, and "ready to go" (which was wonderful given it was 15 degrees **COLD** outside). After selecting the one she wanted, he went over all the details and history of the vehicle and then worked with Jim McColgan to get a great deal on the vehicle at a super competitive finance rate through Wells Fargo without wasting time with back and forth negotiating. Entire process took maybe an hour. We took delivery two days later after they had detailed the car inside and out as well as wet-polishing it to a showroom shine. Then Ryan, their delivery specialist, sat my daughter in the car and showed her all the features it had, how to use them, and even helped her pair her phone via bluetooth (keep in mind this was a pre-owned Ford, not an Infiniti that they are intimately familiar with). This is my immediate family's 2nd car purchase from Scott (and my extended family and co-workers have purchased at least 4 vehicles) in the last 6 months because of the great service and great deals. Scott is super professional, does not waste anyones time, and will even go so far as to steer us clear of a car that might not be "right" for the given situation (unreliable, prior owner smoked heavily, accident report, etc). We will definitely purchase from him again and again. Thanks!
