This is my first experience buying a car "long...

This is my first experience buying a car "long distance". I could not be more pleased. From the time that I contacted the dealership for the first time to the time that I drove my new car off of the lot, it was a great experience. They were very fair on the price that they gave me for my car, and very fair on the price that they asked for theirs. Joe Peters and Scott Rehfeldt were both great to work with. They were very professional and I would strongly recommend both of them.

I have given this dealership the best ratings possible because the service I received was the best possible. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. My salesman helped me find the exact car I wanted and worked with the sales manager to make it affordable to me. The business manager had everything so organized, that the business end was painless. Ryan, the gentleman who explained the features of the car to me, had the patience of a saint teaching all the technical features to someone who can barely use her smartphone. The next part of my review is just an example of how customers are treated at Infiniti of Naperville. I live almost 3 hours away and wanted to do this as quickly as possible to avoid a predicted snow storm. It was Saturday, the busiest day of the week I am sure, and everyone went out of their way to make sure this happened. They were so accommodating that I actually felt a little guilty. This is why cstomers return to dealerships.

From the moment I walked in the door to the moment that I pulled out with my new car, the entire experience was easy and comfortable. Doug was very helpful and accomodating and straightforward with pricing, etc. He made sure I had the right care for my needs. He was helpful but not pushy which made it very easy to buy. Ryan did a great job delivering the vehicle. There was a lot to cover on the vehicle and I left feeling very comfortable with all the features. I left knowing if I needed any additional assistance he would be there. Overall, it was a smooth transaction, from selection to finance to delivery. I would definitely return for another car in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Finished strong.

We went to this dealership to purchase a new QX80. We did have an initial hiccup but Steve Camp (executive manager) quickly jumped in and fixed any mistakes made in the process. He was highly professional and was fully committed to our happiness from the beginning to the end. The story isn't in the mistakes that are made but in how the mistakes are rectified. Steve Camp is a true gentleman and this dealership will continue to see much success under his leadership.

A truly wonderful and remarkable experience in leasing my 2014 Infiniti Q50. I have bought numerous cars in the past, but this was hands down the best buying experience ever. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the facilities are top notch. I would never go anywhere else to purchase or service a vehicle, but Infiniti of Naperville. They EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS !!!

This dealership had the best selection and the best prices of any withing 200 miles of my home. I was treated very well by unfailingly friendly personnel. I am quite pleased with the overall experience.
