We were extremely happy with the superior customer...

We were extremely happy with the superior customer service we received from Scott Rehfeldt. He was knowledgeable on all aspects of the vehicle we were purchasing. We appreciated the fact that he treated us with respect and fairness. Doug showed us how to use all of Infiniti's many features and set some of them up for us while explaining them in detail to us. We are already recommending Scott and Infiniti of Naperville to our friends and family.

Buying a car should be a fun experience. The people at Infiniti of Naperville made it fun. From the start when I reached out online they were professional I knew I wanted to do business with them. When I went into the dealership they gave me the information and numbers and let me make the decision. There was no pressure whatsoever. The obviously want to sell cars, that's what business they're in, but these guys were different. The let you make the decisions based on your income. Seriously, nothing but good things to say for everyone there. I can't wait to go back for my first car wash to thank them again.

Our overall experience with Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle...

Our overall experience with Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle and especially with Bob Kozar was simply perfect. Bob was the main reason we focused our Infinity purchase to the dealership in which he works based solely on our initial interaction with him. We were made to feel extremely comfortable right from the onset and immediately knew that this was a no-pressure scenario. Every question and comment we had throughout the process was thoroughly answered. Bob took the time to make sure that we knew everything we needed to know about the vehicle we were considering. Any additional questions we had beyond on personal meetings were answered thoroughly and timely. The level of professionalism should also be noted in this dealership. We had considered more than 5 lines of vehicles including Lexus, Mercedes, BMW, and Buick. We had personal interactions with all of those additional dealerships and no one compared to Bob and his Infiniti team. There were the little things, like having our desired test cars ready and waiting when we arrived. When our schedule needed us to come to Infiniti on Bob's day off, he met us there even though I told him that was not necessary. See, it is things like that, where Bob and Infiniti of Naperville just set themselves apart. They value the client and show you that with their actions. Finally, when Bob did not have the exact vehicle we were interested in, less than 24 hours later, he had it on the lot. Wow! That is the way to make things happen. The result - vehicle purchased. The Infiniti Q50S is a vehicle my wife simply loves to drive. Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle and Bob Kozar got that sale because of their impeccable attention to the client and the client needs. We will surely be making future Infiniti purchases through Bob Kozar and his dealership.

My wife and I reached out to Infinity of Naperville on a whim. She was looking to trade/ upgrade from her older BMW and wanted to try something different as our last 4 vehicles have been BMW. We are out of state and previous Chicago residents so we always know we can find the best deals in this area which lead us to Infinity of Naperville. After an autotrader search we decided this location had the best selection and pricing in the area. Our process started out over the phone and from the moment Bill started working with us that night on the phone to the next day when we drove to Naperville, Bill worked with great enthusiasm and knowledge as my wife went through what seemed like all of their Certified G37Xs. We finally landed on one and Bill worked diligently to get us the deal we defined with him prior to our visit. I must also mention that the service dept cleaned, detailed, touched up paint and replaced a rim on very short notice on a Saturday afternoon to deliver the car in near perfect condition. I would highly recommend Infinity of Naperville combined with their great staff and very nice facilities you are certain to have a great experience. Thanks Bill, we couldn't be happier!

Sean is a professional sales person. Easy to work with a very friendly, gives you time to think over things and not pushy. I've done some research upfront and found pricing was the best (at that time) compared to other dealerships around the 100 mile radius. They also gave me a decent trade in value. I'd definitely recommend my friend to Infiniti at Naperville next time.

Scott Rehfeldt was our sales agent, and he was fantastic. He "listened" to what we wanted in a vehicle, and then articulated the features and benefits of 5 different models so we understood what we were buying. He made buying a new car a pleasant experience. I am already looking at another vehicle. Ryan Indelicato delivered an exceptional new car orientation. He was extremely patient as we set up navigation, bluetooth, and all of the new features on the car.

We were long time Acura owners. We went to look at the Infiniti and were surprised by the amenities on the car, and the price. I told Joe, my salesman, that I was not prepared to purchase the car that day, and I just wanted a price, and a value on my trade. That was no problem. Joe gave me an "out the door price" - no pressure, just "We can do this for you" and that was that. I looked at other cars from other dealers in our price range, and everyone wanted to play a "game". I went back and bought the Infiniti. I can honestly say I'm very satisfied with the dealership and the staff!

Bob was very friendly, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. No high pressure sales tactics. We originally visited an Infiniti dealership in Hoffman Estates but found Bob to be much more knowledgeable and customer service oriented in Napperville compared to the person we were working with in Hoffman Estates. Even though the Hoffman Estates dealership was much closer to our home, the deal we got with Bob and the professionalism he exhibited caused us to select his dealership
