Bill Haines did a fantastic job helping us choose the right car for us. He went out of his way to make sure that we were happy and had the best possible service from the dealership. Once the car was purchased he even went out of his way to take the car next door and get the windows tinted for us. He also picked up the car from the window tint place so that we didn't have to go out of our way. There was a bit of a delay from the service department putting on the illuminated kickplates (took 5 days to do that), but that in no way affects the outstanding job that Bill did for us. Again, he was very courtious and professional and did a fantastic job helping us. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.

Ernie Alvarez sold me the vehicle without a lot of sales pressure. I felt he was honest and courteous. Ryan Indelicato explained all the vehicle features to me very well. The financing and signing of the paperwork with Ray Wolski went smoothly and very quickly. Overall, I had a good experience with these 3 individuals and the dealership in general.

Just leased my second Infiniti (G37 & Q50) and the experience with Sean Pelkey and team was outstanding! Although I have an Infiniti dealership much closer to home, I will continue to make the drive to Infiniti of Naperville just to do business with Sean and team because the experience is that good! They met my needs with pricing, but more importantly made the car buying experience hassle free and pressure free. Keep up the good work guys, you have earned a customer for life!

Great experience from start to finish. Quick email reply to my inquiry, easy and honest to make a deal, and superb service. Performed nearly a thousand in service/maintenance before I took delivery of the car. I didn't even have to ask! Scott was very communicative in the few days the car stayed at the dealer for service. All in all the best dealer experience I've had, and I've had many.

Sean was very helpful and pleasant to work with. His no pressure style helped make my decision purchase decision easy. Highly recommend to others. The financing portion of the experience was a bit too time consuming and defeated the purpose of me submitting the form online as I still had to wait at least an hour when I arrived the next business day for all the numbers to be processed. Still waiting on a request for a user manual for the vehicle and cargo net. This is a bit disappointing.
