Fantastic customer service from initial online inquiry (Tony Saldana), to test-drive & sales (Steven Johnson) & final delivery (Ryan Indelicato)!!!!! Stopped in Monday evening to compare the QX60 to Pathfinder. All of the staff noted above went above & beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction & comfortableness while @ the dealership. Drove home Monday evening in my new 2014 QX60 & LOVE the vehicle & LOVE the experience while @ Infiniti of Naperville! Hands down the best & easiest car purchase, ever! Thanks Infiniti of Naperville for maintaining outstanding customer service when so many other companies have lagged in this area!!! Infinity of Naperville is AWESOME!!! Steve Camp and his team are customer service driven and everyone I encountered and saw while there getting my new 2014 GX60 was engaged and motivated to help. When you walk in to this dealership you feel at ease and know that you will be taken care of. This was by far the easiest process for getting a new car and believe me I usually dread this. I did not waste a day of my time and the full competence and efficiency there made me want to write this review so others will follow my lead. There were many people involved in my transaction on the scene and behind the scene I would like to thank them publically as well. Here are a few that I need to names: Bob Kozar is an excellent sales person who knew all about my new vehicle and helped program and set up my wish list of needs. He listened to my needs and did not waste my time trying to convince me on getting a vehicle I did not want. He found me exactly what I said I wanted and needed. Ray Wolski made the paperwork part a dream. This was the fastest closing I have experienced. Ray was prepared, thorough and made sure I was completely satisfied with everything. Ryan is an asset to Infiniti of Naperville. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He spent a lot of time with me, often repeating how to use the features on my car. He He also made himself available, offering to re-instruct me at a later date if I needed it. He offered to instruct my husband when it was convenient for him in addition. Being technologically challenged I am certain I will require his services and I won't hesitate to call him.

These guys were great to work with and they got the job done.My wife and I were very happy with the car we got, for the price we got it and the service these guys provided in getting us the car we wanted. Sean Pelkey made my first Infiniti buying experience an outstanding one. His level of professionalism, enthusiasm, friendliness, integrity, and customer service is unmatched in the 30 years I have been purchasing new and used vehicles. He payed excellent attention to my needs and found a perfect match in a vehicle. Sean even stayed 3 hours past your closing time on a Saturday (until 8:30pm - because the finance department was so backed up) just to make sure I received the best possible customer experience. To pass the time he even followed me home to drop off my car and drove me back to the dealership so I could drive home that evening my new Infiniti purchase.

We recently purchased the 2013 Infiniti Qx56. We were very impressed with the overall customer service that we received. Renato was very friendly and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We never felt pressured to buy at any time which made the experience that much better. Ryan was also extremely helpful and went over all aspects of the car before we left. He was very informative and patient with us. Overall we had a great experience and would purchase another car from this Infiniti again!
