Overall we were very pleased with our experience. The lower score for quality of work was due to not being called back when we called with a question. The ok score on price was due to not receiving as much on our trade-in as we felt we should. We worked with Rich, and he did a great job. We would come back to this dealership.

Scott was absolutely incredible and very helpful with my purchase of the 2010 Volkswagen CC Sport. Worked with me on having the car windows tinted and very clean before I arrived. We drove for a few hours and he was very considerate of our time frame to get back home. He also recommended a great BBQ restaurant that my finance and I tried and she loved. I was extremely happy with my purchase except I found out the hard way that the car takes premium gas haha. Ohh well, it is the price you pay for turbo and a little fun.

Great Experience

I was looking for a good used car; I saw on on Cars.com. I contacted the dealership and went to see the car. It was in perfect shape; although the mileage was higher than I had hoped, the car is like brand new. Very clean and polished. I was provided a test drive, the car fax and great customer service at Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle. I ended up buying the car and am very pleased with the whole experience.

After spending a month looking for a vehicle that worked...

After spending a month looking for a vehicle that worked within my budget and finding nothing I decided to drive to every dealership in the area. I never shopped with Infinity of Naperville before but my salesman Joe was very helpful. I found a better car than what i was looking for. I purchased a fully loaded 2010 Nissan Maxima and they were $4000 cheaper that 6 of the same models across the street at Gerald Nissan. Infinity really means no hassle pricing. They even offered me more for my trade than any other dealership just because hey wanted me to be a returning customer. I will definitely be returning in the future. Awesome experience. Idont do many reviews on people unless i can give 5 stars. These guys rock!!!

Edie was wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. I felt as though she really wanted me to find the car that was right for me. I was very comfortable working with her and would recommend her to anyone buying a car. Joe made the finance portion of the process as quick and painless as possible. He did a great job explaining every form and made sure I was happy with my purchase and the overall service that I received. I will definitely look here first the next time I am ready to buy another car.

After walking out of Infiniti of Clarendon Hills because...

After walking out of Infiniti of Clarendon Hills because of such poor customer service and price point, I was skeptical as to whether the Infiniti brand was in my future. I'm thrilled to report, however, that my experience with Rich Ligeza at the Naperville dealership sold me on the brand and I couldn't be happier with the JX35 I purchased. Unlike my first experience, I worked with a sales associate who was truly believed in the brand and backed up his belief with a wealth of knowledge about the dealership and, most importantly, about the vehicle I ultimately purchased. There wasn't a question Rich couldn't answer and he clearly new the vehicle backwards and forwards. The dealership's willingness to work within the trade-in parameters I presented was phenomenal. My overall experience was fair, equitable and honest. Thank you Rich!
