We were inneed of a new car and contacted Infiniti of Naperville and was connected with Sean. We explained our situation and he found a car that fit our needs, our budget and a car we love. Once we came in to pick up the car and sign all the paperwork he made evrything easy to understand and got us in and out quickly. He truly made it a great experiance.

I came to infiniti of naperville because i have had good experiences with past purchases and consistently great service. Bob, my sales person, helped me find the right car for me for a price I could afford. My experience couldn't have been better and I am definitely going to continue to use infiniti of naperville in the future! (Even the complimentary coffee was great!!!)

My husband and I went to Infiniti of Naperville to take a look at a G37XS we had seen online. Bob greeted us and let us take a look inside. He offered a test drive and we loved the car! Bob was not pushy and very professional. He made the purchase a relaxing experience. Ryan then showed us how to use all the bells and whistles on the car and was very knowledgable. We will continue to go back to this dealership for future car purchases and to see Bob!

This is the second brand-new Infiniti I have purchased from Bill and Infiniti of Naperville. Bill and the management team treated me very fair and made sure my dealership experience was second-to-none. The dealership continues to go above and beyond my expectations with their new owner loyalty program which includes my scheduled maintenance and unlimited car washes. We have been to over ten car dealers in the past two weeks and this was by far one of the best. Each person we worked with, from salesman to finance, was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. We received a much better price with no haggling on this vehicle. They made this a fun, easy process.

I am looking for a new car. The salesman was very knowledgable of the cars, the differences and the different ways i could finance. He was very helpful and courteous. He also gave good information on whether to purchase a SUV or a regular car. I am still shopping, but I am going to take another look at Infinity before i make my final decision.
