My experience with Steve Johnson (for the second time with a purchase of a car) was exemplary. He makes the purchase enjoyable, pleasant and easy. Ryan Indelicato provided similar service. The new dealership is great, closer to my home and great for those of us waiting for our car to be serviced.

We went to Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle to trade in our QX56 for a JX35. We chose this dealership because of our previous experience when we leased the QX56. Our previous sales professional was no longer at this location, so Bill stepped in. He listened to what we wanted and made it happen painlessly. He was extremely professional, polite, and accessible while being honest with what could be accomplished to meet our needs. He and Randy were quick but thorough with the process and ensured that all of our questions were answered before we drove away with our new vehicle. We are extremely pleased with the service from everyone we encountered throughout the purchase of our vehicle. Bill and Randy went out of their way to make us feel important and meet our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure our experience was pleasurable. We will definitely return to Infiniti of Napeville-Lisle to service our vehicle and to make any future purchases.
