This is our fourth Infinity car purchased at this...

This is our fourth Infinity car purchased at this dealership, and the third car with Bill Haines. We wouldn't go any other place. In fact, we were transferred last year to Virginia---and we traveled back to Naperville to buy a car from Bill Haines and Infinity! This is the best dealership we have ever encountered, and we have owned seven cars at one time for many years both foreign and American cars. This is by far the best dealership for customer service. Bill Haines is honest, hardworking, and so approachable. His word is trusted, and he works hard to make sure we have complete satisfaction. Every employee at this dealership is approachable and friendly---from the Receptionist to the service department employee who touched up the small nicks in the paint, to the guy who brought my car around after a wash. Impressive!

This is my third new car purchase/lease with Steve...

This is my third new car purchase/lease with Steve Johnson. His professionalism is second to none and you really get the sense he is trying to get you the fairest deal he can. This particular purchase had some extra pressure on Steve as the color I wanted wasn't on the lot due to the G Series being phased out. Steve and the sales team went out of their way to find the car I wanted and brought it back to the showroom from another dealership in the area. This was my first time working with Ryan Indelicato, but he was very patient and helpful going over the new car. His sales tactics were never pushy on the after market products, In fact, quite the opposite and I did in fact add something I didn't expect to due to Ryan's approach and explanation of the product. All in all, another great experience with Infiniti of Naperville/Lisle!

The dealership was very welcoming, Scott and Patrick were both friendly and answered my questions thoroughly.The receptonist,Laura was also very kind and professional.Scott knew exactly what type of vehicle I was looking for and I was able to test drive and have any questions about the car answered.Scott is one of the best salesman I have encountered when trying to find my dream car. Scott Rehfeldt was great!!!! He was patient with me...

Scott Rehfeldt was great!!!! He was patient with me because most of our communication was via email. We finally got the deal done and I'm very pleased. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Scott. Also, Ryan did a superb job explaining the ins and outs of the vehicle. I went from a 2006 QX56 into a 2011 QX56 and Ryan's was much needed. The dealership in itself was very clean and the staff was friendly. See you guys in 6 yrs.

A modern, clean, and open facility helped set an inviting tone for car shopping. Rich Ligeza, our Sales Consultant, continued that theme with his exceptional knowledge of the vehicles. He was accommodating to any and all questions, let us make decisions on our own time without being pushy, and made the purchasing process very smooth. We were also able to negotiate a fair price quickly. Once the financing was completed, Ryan Indelicato, our Delivery Specialist, walked us through all the details of operating the car and computer system. It was a very informative crash course on the pertinent items in the User's Manual. He was thorough, courteous, and attentive to follow up questions that we had. We felt very comfortable operating all aspects of the vehicle when our session was complete. All-in-all, an experience that will certainly have us coming back to Infiniti of Naperville for our next car purchase.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave me an awesome price for my trade-in and worked with me so I could get the monthly payments I wanted. This is the second time we have bought an Infiniti there and will definitely go back. Abe Premani and Ryan Indelicato were awesome and really made my experience beyond great!
