The customer service with the sales consultant Joe Peters was really great and friendly The only problem i had was with the finance and accounting section, they pulled my credit without asking me, i didn't finance with infiniti of naperville - lisle, i got a check from my banker with the complete sale amount of the car. I asked the guy why was my credit pulled, the reply i got was for identity, he can cash the check first and ask me to take the car tomorrow and again he was telling that it was a soft pull. Initially i was told that there wouldn't be any credit pull on my account as i am not financing with them and i have a Pre approved loan from my banker, and at the last they did this and my credit score went down. This is the only reason which made me give the overall experience bad, other than this everything was really good.

Had been looking at the G37 for over a month at a couple...
Had been looking at the G37 for over a month at a couple of dealerships. Naperville had the 2011 and was able to move on the price a little. I'm buying at the height of the convertible season so I feel they dealt fairly. Mark was easy to work with and was straight forward. I think I could have waited and gotten a few bucks more lower but I understand they have a price point. I did get a shirt out of the deal. Mark moved me through the final purchase process very quickly. Ryan took the time to sit in the car and did a very good job of showing me all of the features of the car. Mark gave me a follow up call today to check on the car and thank me for the business and we discussed a question I had on the vehicle and he said that he'd follow up with me. I look forward to the free oil changes and maintaining my G37 with Infiniti of Naperville. I get the feeling that they are very focused on maintaining a good reputation and providing good customer service. There are a lot of options to service a car in the area so it's easy to either do a good job and maintain a customer base or do a fair job and loose a maintenance customer/future buyer.

Fast. Easy. Painless. Internet contact was easy to make and they were quick to respond. Sales consultants were friendly and informative. They made a few follow-up calls but were not overly aggressive. The delivery manager was very thorough in explaining the features and functions of the car. Nobody tried to push the extra add-ons. They explained it once and gave me the option to accept/decline with no pressure. Overall, a very positive experience dealing with Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle.

Rich was excellant. He was very honest on everything we needed to know about the G37 convertible. From informing us of how far we need behind the car prior to opening the hard top to being sure to not leave anything in the trunk if we are going to bring the top down.
