High ratings are for Scot R finding the car I wanted with the options I wanted. Scott R. was great in looking for the right car for me and kept in touch until he found the right car. He is knowledgeable about the Infiniti g37 and found me one with all of the options that I wanted. It's a great low mileage car. Randy C. went over all of the options on the car and showed up how to use them. It was a pleasant experience for me and my wife. So far, we are very happy with the car. This dealership makes you feel like part of their family and Scott exemplified there philosophy of keeping the customer satisfied and taking care of their needs. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

We have been shopping for a used car for quite some time....

We have been shopping for a used car for quite some time. We were interested in Jeep Patriots and have been looking on Cars.com. We saw this vehicle listed at Infiniti of Naperville. We stopped by on a Saturday and Patrick McLain showed us the car and let us take a test drive in it. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. We took quite a long test drive which gave us the opportunity to really see how the car performed. We did not make a decision then and were very happy that we were not pressured into purchasing it at that time. We went home and we did receive an email from Patrick and from the manager thanking us for coming in. We decided to go back on Monday evening to look at the car again. We called Patrick during the day and even though he was supposed to get off at 5 he stayed there to meet with us. We discussed the car and Patrick was not pushy at all. He gave us a good deal and we were happy with it. Patrick is a very good salesman and has great people skills. We never felt pressure to purchase the car. It was a very pleasant experience. We would recommend Patrick and this dealership to our friends.

I have purchased my last 5 cars from infiniti .The customer service is Excellent.The sales people are friendly not overbearing and listen to your needs.Worried about that aggressive sales pitch not here.My hat goes off to my favorite saleman Micah Basarich and to also a great new salesman that I met on my last purchase Scott Rehfeldt.Thanks again guys and see you at my next purchase

Sean Pelkey was outstanding to work with. He treated my wife, daughter and I in a most low-pressure, courteous and professional manner. We asked Sean to keep an eye out for a pre-owned M37X (ideally Malbec Black, but any color other than white would work) and within 3 days he called to say he had one on the lot. The car was extremely clean and LOADED with Premium, Deluxe Touring and Technology packages AND it was Malbec Black! His post purchase follow up has been impeccable. We love the M37X will definitely be visiting Sean and Naperville Infiniti when my wife is ready for her next car. And we both have/will recommend our family and friends to seek him out when in the market for an Inifiniti. Regards, Pat

Bill spent the time to allow me to have a complete experience with 2 different cars and we reviewed 2 additional cars in the lot. He also spent the time providing me many details of the vehicles and was very knowledgeable about each. We also became friends in the process. Ryan was responsible for showing me all the functions of the car. He knew each function in detail and did a great job.

I first met Bill on a visit several weeks ago. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his products. Not only that - he is highly skilled at listening and not being pushy. He was the one of the best, if not the best car sales person we have worked with. Follow up was impeccable and attention to details was great. Upon delivery of the car he did everything necessary to make this a win/win. Ryan was awesome explaining the functionality of the vehicle and very easy to work with. Very patient and helpful in explaining everything. He also offered to go through the entire orientation as often as needed if I elect to have him run through the features again. Overall, you have two excellent representatives working for your dealership. Adam was also very thorough running through the paperwork required. Thanks for such a pleasant car purchasing experience!

My wife and I could not be happier with the service we received from Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle. Rich Ligeza was fantastic. He was extremely courteous and never once pressured us into a decision. It will be hard to buy another car from any other dealership.

My wife and I were in the market for a larger used...

My wife and I were in the market for a larger used vehicle w/ the soon arrival of twins. We shopped around the Naperville/Aurora area and found several options. We took a day off work to look at vehicles and had it planned out. Inifiti of Lisle-Naperville was the first stop. We were greeted by Patrick McLain who brought us into his office and spoke with us about our interest. After some delays, we were able take the vehicle for a test drive. We were impressed with it and the price, but noticed some issues w/ the body. I pointed these out to Pat and said i wasn't sure. I also said the price was pretty good, but it was high mileage and we had others to look at. But after speaking w/ him and eventually Joe Tiberi, we were able to agree on a price and they even were able to take a look at the issue I noticed and fix it up. The Service team swapped our plates and made sure it was all clean for pickup. I very much appreciated the care Pat took in making sure we were comfortable (wife was 30 wks pregnant and he offered beverages and snacks for her since we were approaching lunch; very nice touch!). Joe came in and also assisted w/ any questions and concerns we had and was very pleasant to work with and talk to. My wife and I appreciated the care took by the team and also the followup. Needless to say, they stopped us from visiting the other dealerships on our list and vehicles I was interested in looking at because of their service and how they treated us (not to mention the great value of the vehicle). I wouldn't hesitate to refer friends and family to this dealership and we will definitely be looking back here for our next vehicle purchase.
