This is a fine dealership. The entire buying experience was wonderful, no high pressure! The new building is amazing but more importantly the employees are all very kind and friendly. Working with Infiniti of Naperville was very easy. They are a professional dealership. The transaction went smooth and easy. Everything was as it should have been. I made the deal from St. Louis and drove my trade to them. Great job, Thanks! There are some dealers in the St. Louis area that should take lessons on your professionalism! One last item, the dealership ask me to provide a rating of the service I received. They did not ask me to rate them highly like other dealers have done on past purchases. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market.

I have stayed away from dealers for many years because of past experiences-this place really changed my mind. Never had this nice of an experience purchasing a car. They are a high end dealer, but they really take care of us small guys too! Keep up the good work! Very Impressive!

This dealership is the best!! When I needed to get a new...

This dealership is the best!! When I needed to get a new car, I called Tony Saldana, who my family and I have worked with in the past. When Tony provides a quote, he doesn't start out high to see what he can get out of you. He is fair and quotes the best price he can get. Another Infiniti dealership (Infiniti of Clarendon Hills) had originally quoted me $150 MORE a month for a G37x lease than Tony's initial quote. He is completely trustworthy and knows the product. He is a great guy to work with, too! Ryan Indelicato showed me the ins and outs of my vehicle and even though it was past closing time by the time we got in my car, he made me feel like we had all the time in the world. He was completely focused on ensuring that I was comfortable with the car and knowledgable of its many, many features. Finally, even the finance department went above and beyond for me. I had an insurance issue come up and Joe in the finance department went out of his way to help me, even though it was on error on my part, not his. Great customer service. The team at Infiniti of Lisle-Naperville is top notch. Even though I live much, much closer to Clarendon Hills, I will give my business to Infiniti of Lisle-Naperville time and time again. They are honest and put the CUSTOMER first.

Great experience overall. Edie was very helpful in getting a response to pricing quickly. I was able to make my deal over the phone, and, as promised, there were no hidden costs or fees. Rich was very professional and courteous and he got me in and out quickly as desired. He ensured that the process was seamless and stress-free. Ryan was very knowledgeable and presented the "crash-course" on the features of the car in a clear, concise way. Would buy here again, and would recommend this dealer to others.

Mark and Ryan were first class all the way. Mark walked us through all of options when it came to leasing a car. He went above and beyond to get us in the right car at the right price. He made us both feel very comfortable in what could be an uncomfortable situation. The dealership down the road, treated my wife and I as if we could not afford the cars we were looked at there. Mark and the rest of the team treated me and my wife with respect. So we decided to purchase a car from Mark at the same price point. Ryan was great at explaining all of the features of the car. They both took the time to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be back to work with Mark and Ryan. Thank you both so much.
