Despite a shortage of staff and cars new and used to sell due to Covid, they did a great Job and I am happy with my trade in car value and I love the 2018 Jeep I purchased !

NO COMPASSION AND LIARS..I I informed my salesman how desperate I am is to get a very reliable car because my husband is on a heart transplant list and we could have to leave on the drop of a dime if we got the call for a new heart well they put me in something I drove for 6 days and had to take it to a shop... I just got my car back And had it one day and the problem Is still there.... i said i would contact the lender I was told by one of the employees that they've already gotten paid so it's my problem ...when I showed my frustration another employee says they are not going to treat me special ...I said don't want special treatment I want to be treated fair ..and to have zero compassion ...I will be getting ahold of the Attorney General's office and filing an ethical complaint also the Better Business Bureau also also anybody and everybody that will hear my story ..

Tammie- We understand your frustration with services issues you are experiencing. We have replaced your radio at no cost to you, performed a software update and provided a free rental. Your other issue we were unable to duplicate, and therefore cannot diagnose and repair it. Once we are able to do so, we will be happy to address that for you as well. We are certainly empathetic to your health issues, and we have done our best to work with you. Thank you.
