Appointment set for Monday it is now Saturday Because my Email to verify my appointment had no advisors name they put me at the bottom of the list to have my truck looked at Everyday someone new comes in with an appointment and an advisors name and they are serviced before me This is my 3rd New Ram bought from Fred Martin and maybe my last How can you have an appointment for a Monday and on Saturday you vehicle still hasn’t been looked at
