Plaza Cadillac

Friendly staff. Even though they tried, One item was not fixed. The brakes still squeel when moving both forward and reverse at very low speed. It doesn’t sound like it is real serious. I was told that the brakes look to be in good shape.

We just purchased a new car from them. Nathan was our sales person. We were extremely pleased with his helpfulness. He went our of his way to make sure we were pleased.

Outstanding job replacing the sun visor for the moon roof on my CTS. Can alway count on Steve and Harry to do an exceptional job.

Had a very unusual and unprofessional event in a different Cadillac dealer of Orlando that turned out positive thanks to the wonderful folks at Plaza Cadillac. Harry Akarcay, from the service department, took a great care of me. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and solved the problem created from the other dealer. Professional, courteous, timely and would ask for him again. I have never used roadside service before and have AAA for usual towing, battery etc. but this was more than handy.

They didn’t tighten the oil plug. I drove my new Cadillac from lady Lake to Boston with oil leaking. When I got home took car to dealer to have fixed. Not a happy camper here. Oil had to be refilled Michael W Burke.

Steve is a gem! He is courteous, knowledgeable, and always goes out of his way to make certain we are satisfied with the service. He is a real asset to Plaza Cadillac’ service department.

They got my car in and out quickly, did a great job. The car wash and vacuum job was the cherry on top! And honestly the price was fair....
