Great people and great service. They got me in and serviced my car within an hour. They always treat me very well at this dealership.

Very pricey but service was excellent . Very efficient and my visit for service corrected the problem . Have additional service to do . Struts ? I hope it won’t be another large bill

I appreciated most especially the courteous smiles and professional behavior of the staff. Everything was in order for my appt and, as I had been told, the wait was almost exact for the repairs. The car wash was an appreciated extra (because it's very hard for me to do that anymore). I am a Plaxa Cadillace satisfied patron. Thank you very much.

Great service from a great staff. I’m the photographer for their ad in the local magazine every month and the energy at their location is why I chose to even buy a Cadillac last month. This was my 2nd time in here. There’s always a bit of a wait even with an appointment, but I know they can’t control everything in the service center. But Harry took care of me when it came time to check out. I’d recommend them to anyone with a Cadillac.

Had warranty work done for a damaged wheel. The work was excellent and I can't tell there ever was any damage. The check in was quick and without any hassle. I would definitely recommend Plaza Cadillac.
