Plaza Cadillac

We had a situation where we had a screw in our rear tire side wall that would not hold air. There is no spare tire in the car an d we are stuck. I called Plaza Cadillac and they sent a technician out with a spare tire, took the tire off my car took it back to the dealership. Replaced the tire, brought it back and pour it back on my car, all in less than twenty four hours. Great service. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant.

From start to finish, had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so friendly, kind and helpful! A great atmosphere. Highly recommend buying a vehicle here! I am so happy with my vehicle and the quality of service from these people! :)

I had transmission / Shifting problem that was not resolved on my first visit, Harry stuck with it until on the second visit it was resolved

Censor ffailure dashboard was indicating service required on the parking assist system. They also repairef the auto start and have the car in a limited amount of time very nice people to work with very professional

Plaza has excellent employees and service is fast, accurate and complete. Waiting room facilities are neat and clean, offering snacks, coffee and water . Plus internet.
