My first experience was not pleasant due the parts not being available. I understand the shortage of parts, I simply wish I could have been notified in advance of my appointment. It’s 48 miles each direction from my home to the dealership.

I have been waiting approx 3 weeks to get parts, after I had to call to find out what’s going on. I was told the part had been shipped. Still have not heard a word as to if you have received it or I can bring the car in . Part should be there, you should call me, not the other way around.
