Had appointment at 9:30. At 11:15 I asked Harry the status of my repair. He said it would take another 4 hours to diagnose at a cost of $556. I was disappointed that a dealership could not solve a low voltage problem with my 2013 Cadillac XTS.

Plaza Cadillac was a breathe of fresh air after looking
Plaza Cadillac was a breathe of fresh air after looking into other dealerships. Everyone was respectful and attentive, even delivering the car to my home. I would absolutely go there again for another car, as well as recommend them to a friend. The car runs smoothly and I am enjoying it. I am happy with my car and feel I got a fair price in a crazy market. They lost one star because the paperwork didn't go smoothly. An incorrect address was put in twice, causing a wait on paperwork and later I had to go to the bank to correct it, and I had to call a couple of times for insurance info.

The check in was very easy and everyone was so friendly! It was very busy so it took a little longer for the oil change, tire rotation, and car was. But that was fine as I had my tablet with me and the waiting room was comfortable!
