From my last visit in December, the initial greeting experience has greatly improved because the service writer-Steve-was my first contact. Steve has always been top notch and is just excellent. Can’t say enough good things about Steve not to mention Harry.

We are very sorry the process took that much time but even with an appointment we had to work with an extended warranty to authorize repair. The wheel not holding air made it even longer to get approval. again very sprry.

I took my escalade to replace parts on the exhaust line. Work was done quickly and noises related to this problem all desapeared. People are very kind and give good advice. I am very happy to have my car taken care of in that dealership.
