Awful experience. Poor customer service
I waited an hr and a half before my car was even brought in for an oil change that is suppose to be an express lane.... I was told the initial wait was about 30 mins. Extremely frustrating.

Exceptional service
I have been going to Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield for several years. The service department is exceptional. I deal 90% of the time with Bruce. He is professional, knowledgeable, personal and so helpful. Everyone in the service department is always so friendly and helpful. Christine Corbett at the front desk you would think just answers the telephone but on the contrary Christine is a multi-tasker she is always running around assisting someone. Welcoming, fast and efficient
I was very pleased with my recent experience at Kelly Jeep. I knew what car I wanted and they made the process very easy. They were not pushy and I did not feel pressured at all. The car was delivered in 2 days, faster than I ever expected and everything was taken care of. Very happy that I found Kelly Jeep!

Made appt. for oil change and tire rotation. Both those items handled with care. I also had the radio upgrade completed while in the service department. Overall pleased with service and the timely fashion in which the service was completed.
