routine maintenance
excellent front of the business service , under hood work was a bit on the sloppy side IE oil drips and smears . I still believe I have a weeping leak on my transfer case from a previous service I am not convinced the tec properly checked that out. I am going to make a appointment for this t be properly diagnosed

Great experience
I purchased a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The car was exactly what I wanted and I was able to purchase it and pick it up with a fast turn around time. Dan was very helpful and was working with numerous customers while helping me, but still made me a priority. Very much appreciated.

Express Lane-oil change
The wait was a little bit longer than usual (Express Lane)- I would have liked the service manager go over the summary of service sheet since I read it when I got home and noticed that there were a few things that may have to be addressed on the next oil chage

I did nor have an appointment yet Artis was very helpful .
I did not have an appointment. Artis was very helpful getting me in and out in a timely fashion. He did order the key I needed and suggested I call him when it is in stock. He also got me the floor mat I had ordered and offered to have them put in the car. There was a recall on the Jeep which he had taken care. I do have to return to the dealer and I will ask for Artis.

I came in for a repair on my 2013 Town & Country and before I knew it I was talking about a new car. Mike asked if I would be interested in turning my lease in early and I said yes. He sat me with Alex and two hours later I had a new Chrysler 200. Thanks to Alex taking the time to go over all the different pricings that I kept hitting him with, we arrived at what made me happy. I have been dealing with Kelly's for the past 12 years and hope to do another 12. I even have my sister going there now. THANKS GUYS.

First service for newly acquired 2014 Wrangler
Bought the car certified pre-owned April 2014 - they wouldn't let me in for service until November.. did everything - swapped tires, oil, inspection, parts replacements for 2 small broken and one missing more major top roll-up bar for free! Then I asked them to install step-rails - did it for less time and for the exact money quoted. It's the same every time I come - my salesman (Scott has sold me four jeeps over the years) comes by and makes sure everything is going ok and makes sure to talk to service.(I always try to work with Artis because he always tells it like it is (and it actually is!) Anyway, a great place to do business - great products and people who stand behind them

Process Improvement & Professional Sales/Management
This dealership does very well for themselves. I had a typical experience as many car buyers; car kept getting delayed at port. I own my own business so I understand how supply chains work. The expectation was set that my vehicle was scheduled for delivery on a specific date. I made plans to sell my vehicle to accommodate that date. My sales rep Scott was great, always communicated with me. He's generally passionate about Jeeps too so his energy surrounding the product is inviting. I did ask to speak to management as means to maybe look into how to improve the dealerships ability to set car arrival dates. As any consumer would feel, and as especially as a small business owner, it's hard to be without a vehicle these days. Management was very professional.
