This is my second vehicle I have purchased through Kelly an I have to say they go above and beyond what other dealerships I have dealt with in the past.

Buying a new car is not as easy as it was years ago. So many models and packages to choose from! Once I had made up my mind which Make of car I wanted, Kevin made the rest easy. He was very patient, answering all my questions as if they were the most important things in the world. When I finally decided on which model I wanted, he took the time to find the color I wanted. When I picked up the car, he went over everything I needed to know before I took it out of their yard. A follow up phone call came a few days later to see how I was doing with my new car. It was not easy to buy a new car after 12 years, but Kevin and Kelly Jeep Chrysler made it a lot easier with their patience and understanding.

Nick did a great job. didn't pressure me at all and made me feel comfortable. answered all questions and knew the vehicles in and out.

From the momnemt I spoke with Lenny on the telephone and when I arrive dat the dealership at the assigned time. Lenny was waiting for me with Yamen to greet me. It ws somethign I don't often see at a dealership. Once I was introduced to Yamien it was smooth sailing from their and until the deal was closed. I really liike the follow up even after I brought my truck. Yamen called to see how everrything was going and if I was completey satified. 2014 jeep that I only owed for 15 months and had 12,995 miles on it just died. No warning .... I was just lucky it happened in my driver. I called the next morning and was given a number to call for a tow truck. Veh was brought up to Kelly Jeep. About and hour later Artis called asked me a few questions and said he would give me a call the next day. He called around the time he said he would. The veh wont be looked at until the following week. Artis asked if i needed a veh to get around told him yes it was the weekend and I had plans....He was able to located on for me. Again said he would call on Monday with an update. Which he did once again. Called Tuesday afternoon and said veh was all set and ready to go. Artis was very pleasant and helpfully....

Excellent jobs . I went there for oil change within 15 min the car was ready washed and vacuumed which makes me feel I'm a vip . Most of them are nice people no exception with professional and friendly attitude . Thank you very much kelly

It was such a pleasure coming to this dealership. Sales reps were not waiting outside to pounce as soon as you walk up like other dealerships. We were able to look around without being followed. When we needed assistance we were helped by our very knowledgeable rep Gus Doughman who made our Grand Cherokee purchase seamless.
