Best in Class
I was looking for a small suv that did not just feel like a car higher off the ground. The Jeep Renegade fits the bill. It is rugged, sporty and fun to drive. My initial test drive was with Janet Gadsby. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She was not in when I returned so Kelly Byron referred me to Nick Amoroso. He was a pleasure to deal with; engaging, knowledgeable and easy to work with as I decided on the spot that the Renegade was my next new car. This is the 3rd vehicle my family has purchased from this Jeep dealership and the experience was the best yet. The car was available for pickup the next day. The paperwork flowed smoothly and I was out the door in a little over an hour. The next day realizing I may have left something in my old car, Nick called the auction for me and tracked it down saving me immeasurable time and effort recreating work. He is the best!!!! I am very pleased with my overall experience and in particular with the team of Nick, Kelley and Robert.

Recall/Routine
I brought my 2015 leased vehicle in for a recall item and also for a first oil change and tire rotation. It was a very crowded morning in the service department, so the entire visit took longer than I had expected it would. The service manager responded promptly to my concerns and made good. I'm still very happy with this dealership.

I have been a customer of Kelly Jeep Chrysler for many years The sales and service staff have always been very helpful. I have had my current automobile for 7 years and I will keep taking it back to the dealership because of the service I receive. My wife and I went in to just to take a look at Jeeps
My wife and I went in to just to take a look at different Jeeps and ended up leaving with a car. We were so impressed with our salesman Yamen. He was patient, very informative and not pushy at all. Yamen and really worked with us to help us reach the price we had been looking for. He also took the time to review every detail of the vehicle with us. We had a great experience and were very pleased.

The service was great.
I had to bring my car in to get the sunroof worked on where it was making a rattling noise. The Service Rep was helpful and great. I got a loaner vehicle for a few days and the follow up was great.

My overall experience at Kelly Jeep Chrysler has been phenomenal. Purchasing my new Renegade was an efficient, seamless process and I truly appreciate Kevin Doherty's time, help and honesty during the sale process. He made me feel at ease and at no point did I feel like I was getting a bad deal. Kelly gave me a very fair rate for my trade-in and Tom MacDonald was wonderful during our finance conversation. This is my second car from a Kelly dealership. Glad to say that I will continue to be a loyal Kelly customer.

wrangler has paint defects
my brand new 40,000 dollar jeep wrangler has defects that apparently they all have. the paint on the front fenders (over the wheels) does not adhere correct where the fender comes to a point, so as a result, there is a crack in the paint on both fenders. Chrysler approved having them repainted however the technician said they all look like this and repainting wont fix the problem. They chose not to repaint because it may come out worse, which i do agree with-but now i have to take my chance that my front fenders aren't going to chip and peel.

SCOTT LASSITER @ Kelly Jeep/Chrysler A+++
The last time I bought a Chrysler was in 2002 (and it's still running!!!) I needed to buy a new vehicle, and I knew exactly what I wanted. The dealer from who our family had purchased cars from since the 70's, was now OOB and I needed to find a dealer local to me...one who I knew people had positive experiences with. Several people I know, have gone to the "Kelly Group" on Route 1, and were repeat customers of theirs. So, WE went to Kelly Jeep/Chrysler last week, right before closing one night. Scott Lassiter walked around the corner, saw us, and immediately asked us if we needed any help...not even checking his watch for the time! He sat with us for an hour, going over everything you can think of when buying a new car...then we wanted to talk about financing. He went and got Larry. We talked for a bit and left with a "rough estimate" of where I wanted to be. Before going to bed that night, I emailed Scott and told him we would be in the next morning and that we were interested in purchasing the vehicle. When we picked up the vehicle, Scott spent as much time as we needed, going over all the "bells and whistles." He even chased down a brochure while we were getting our inspection sticker and came out personally, to give it to us (I had my fingers crossed he could locate one, but didn't expect it in less than 5 mins, nor hand delivered!!!) I found some cosmetic issues with the vehicle and pointed them out to Scott...he looked at them, then quickly said "No problem, we'll take care of it for you." I was very impressed with how Scott treated both my Mom and me. He went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. I know I will be heading back to Kelly Jeep/Chrysler, and looking for Scott in a few years when it's my turn for a new car! I am very happy with Scott, his treatment of us, his knowledge of his products, and his willingness to go above and beyond...even for a brochure...it's the "extra little things" he did throughout the ENTIRE process, that made him stand out, and made us feel comfortable knowing we can call him if we should have a question on the vehicle in the future. Thank you, Scott, for the wonderful new minivan!!!
