Great ease of service visits & excellent sales/leasing team!

Kelly Jeep has earned my highest ratings as I feel valued as a customer from the time I drive into the service intake area to the time I receive my vehicle back after the visit. Everyone in each department calls me by name and makes sure I am welcomed and that all my service requests are handled expediently and carefully. The waiting room is so pleasant and relaxing and I never mind passing some time there as I feel so comfortable with this agency.

Staff Great, Jeep Great

Alex was excellent. He was at least a 20. He knew all the answers to the questions and the one I stumped him on he went and found the answer within 4 minutes. Larry was very courteous and knowledgeable. A very pleasant experience dealing with Alex and Larry at Kelly Jeep.

First Leasing Experience

My husband and I went to the Jeep Kelly in Lynnfield thinking we were just going to look and we ended up leaving with a car! Our dealer Yamen was phenomenal! He was so attentive and willing to work with our budget as well as the features we were looking for in a Jeep. He went above and beyond by following up with emails/phone calls/texts to make sure that we always felt he was available to us at anytime. When I picked up my new Jeep Compass he not only came in on his day off to personally hand me the keys but also to help me familiarize myself with all the features and even set up my presets and Bluetooth! We could not have asked for a better experience!

Great experience

My Fiancé and I came in to look at Jeeps and met with Janet who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product. The whole process was very streamlined and the dealership was able to deliver the vehicle the next day.

No pressure to buy in a very good salesman how can you go wr

I purchased a preowned 2013 Ford Explorer from salesman Scott Lasseter it was a great deal on the SUV Scott was a pleasure to work with he gave no pressure and he was very courteous . Scott went over and above his call of duty working at the Jeep dealership he extended his courtesy to Kelly Ford to reach out for a ford warranty problem he did take care of this issue and Ford will do a factory warranty on my explorer he was great and he went out of his way which also helps make the deal see Scott when you go in but I am sure all representatives would be the same there

Time for Express service

Express Lane oil change service took 95 minutes from arrival at dealership to completion. This is not "express" service! Will not return to this dealer for service.

Staff was courteous, and efficient. Having been a long time customer with two previous Chrysler products over the years using Kelly at Lynnfield nothing has changed except the personnel but it has kept it's original committment of satisfaction

What it should be......

Pulled up for an oil change and tire rotation with no appointment. Was greeted and was told it should take about 30 mins. 30 mins later I was driving out of the lot. Competitively price and highly compenant. Haven't gone anywhere else for service. Always pleased! Thanks
