Great place

First time leasing a new car, everyone was extremely friendly and personable! Very helpful throughout the entire process, especially as a recent grad, I was definitely overwhelmed with the entire process, but they made it a lot easier for me to get through it and I walked out a happy customer!

Kelly Jeep provides the ultimate customer service!!!

Years ago I worked for a well-known local dealership. I understand and know how dealerships work. Kelly's sales and service department is second to none. Our service liaison has always been Bruce. Bruce eats, breathes, and sleeps customer service. He has a real passion for for his customers. He has gone above and beyond what a service rep is required to do. Bruce Wallace is one of the biggest reasons we continue to shop at Kelly. Brian Kelly himself and Andrew, the GM have also treated us excellentl time and time again. These are only a few of several reasons we continue to recommend Kelly Automotive to everyone. Also the reason that my family continues to buy vehicles from Kelly.

Great experience

I have a great experience purchasing my 2015 Jeep Renegade from Scott Lassiter. He wasn't pushy at all. Very easy to talk to and deal with. I was VERY hesitant to give up my Wrangler, but Scott demonstrated the features and positives of the Renegade and I felt better. Larry, in the finance office was great, answered all my questions and contacted me to square away an insurance issue to assure my delivery would go smoothly. Overall a very good experience (though I still do kinda miss my Wrangler!!) Thanks for everything Scott and Larry, Justin Tenney

Great Experience

Stephen Sullivan was great, very patient and helpful. When I was unsure if which vehicle to purchase they allow me to take the vehicles for much longer test drives to really get a feel. Everyone I worked with were very professional and very pleasant. They were very fair in their offerings and explained the options in detail. Kelly made what can be a stressful process a very easy one. I would definitely go back and recommend them. Thank you, I love my new Cherokee!

Fast and efficient service.

Always get fast and efficient from the service department. Very knowledgeable and polite at all times. I would recommend their service department to anyone. Mr. Perkin is probably the best service manger I've ever dealt with. They took care of all recalls automatically and efficiently. Great service.

emergency repair

I went into the service department without an appointment because a gas stattion attendant told me he thiught my gas tank was leaking. The service department worked very hard to squeeze me in and repair my car. I really can't say enough good things about Keely Jeep....from sales to service all are amazing!!!
