Kelly Jeep Chrysler

I have dealt with Kelly Nissan in the past. All my experiences have been great with the Kelly motor group. Steve Sullivan was a pleasure to work with. We love our new Jeep Wrangler. Thanks everyone.

We went to purchase a car for our daughter who is 19. Our salesman Justin was awesome..he treated our daughter like she was the queen for the day! He actually got her to smile and talk which is awesome considering how shy she is!! Thank you Justin for a grest experience! She loves her jeep renegade!!

This is my second car from Kelly Jeep. My Sales person, Yamen Dallaji, has been nothing short of incredible. He is extremely accommodating. In fact he drove my new car to me (over 180 miles) when it became difficult for me to pick it up at the dealership. Yamen and the entire Kelly team made the process low pressure, customer friendly, and I got a great deal on top of it. I can't see bringing my business anywhere other than to Kelly, and to terrific sales members like Yamen.

Typically I hate buying a new vehicle because of the hassel. Hurry up and wait seems to be the norm along with high pressure. Scott was outstanding... No pressure and he was extremely helpful in meeting my wants and needs.

I had a great experience purchasing my first car at Kelly Jeep Chrysler. Buying a car for the first time can be a little nerve-wracking and very overwhelming - but Yamen, in the sales department was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the absolute best car for me within my price range. He had made sure I was aware all of my options, which was really helpful in making my final decision. I have owned the car for almost a month now and could not be more pleased with my decision, and the overall satisfaction I had with the buying process. Yamen has continued to reach out to me several times to make sure that I am satisfied with my purchase - he has been a great recourse for any arbitrary questions I have had about the car since then. I have bought many vehicles from Kelly but had never leased. My slaesperson, Yamen Dallaji and Andrew Turransky, the General Manger made it very easy and exciting. I've had my car for 11 months now and loving every moment with my car!!

I had a great time dealing with the sales staff and the financial management. Everyone was friendly and made sure to follow through on things I asked of them. The brakes on the used car I purchased were worn so I asked them to look into them for me. They replaced each brake and rotor for the car free of charge because it was a certified preowned. Shows to me that they stand by they certifications they place on their vehicles.

Yamen Dallaji greeted us when we first arrived. He is very knowledgeable about Jeeps. He showed us a very competitive price the first time. We bought the Grand Cherokee Limited the same day and even took home within two and half hours. Great customer service. Ask for Yamen when you get there. He is the best.

Worked with salesperson, Alex Zamakis, for the second time. Previously worked with Alexis aprox 1.5 yrs ago when he got me in to a new lease. Currently, upon my visit to dealership for oil change, we talked and he heard what my concerns were, addressed them and Ilrft that day in a new car.
