Overall satisfaction

Kelly did a great job of selling me a new car at a very competitive price and providing the car with professional service. The internet sales person, Leny, was very responsive. The floor salesperson, Justin, knew the vehicle inside and out and was on top of things when I signed on. The finance guy processed the loan expertly and quickly and explained the extended warranty options without being pushy. The car was clean and shiny upon delivery, and I've had no problems since.

Dealership in general

The dealership goes above and beyond everytime I im at the dealership either for simple oil change or simple service. But then when I go to always look and buy a new jeep they really make it easy no hassles. Thanks Joe Spinetto

from sales experience, to financial desk to delivery, the service was a very good experience. initial expectation for time to complete paperwork was underestimated by customer service at initial call in. Sales rep (Dan Wendt) was very professional, sensitive to our needs and very communicative. I would look forward to working with him again. GM Andrew was very responsive to an initial service issue. Tom in finance department was very personable and efficient.

Went very well

2008 Grand Cherokee 77K required 2recalls, differentials serviced and new wiper blades took about 2.5 hours total cost was $432. The service went very well and I was satisfied with the treatment I received while I was at the dealership. I will be returning in about 6K for the next service.

went to look and ended up with a car

My wife and I went to check out the prices and possibilities for buying or leasing a car - we got from them in the past and liked them - and they made us an offer on a used car that was incredibly great but we left to go to another dealer . We loved that there was no pressure when we left . We came back and signed the dotted line, picked up the car 3 days later and love the car .

That was easy!

My local garage told me my oil pan was leaking and I was so worried how everything would go as it was just a few months after purchasing my car but it was so easy, fixed in one day and for free. Artis was very friendly and I will request him again. Only con was that some other staff seemed to be having personal conversations in front of customers that made it seem like there was a lot of tension between staff--very awkward to be standing there.

My first visit was not good.

There was miscommunication with service Dept. I brought the car in for its first visit to have an oil change plus software recall. They did NOT do the oil. I realized this As I signed out. I was out of time and could not wait to point this out. I cannot rate you because this was probably partly my fault for not making sure of what I needed.

RESPONSIBLE

NOTHINGS PERFECT BUT I WENT IN TO GET SOME WORK DONE AND THEY WHERE ALL VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE SERVICE REPS AND WORK WELL DONE.

Worst Service Dept!!

If I could give 0 stars to the service department at this dealer I would! After having my Wrangler for 2 days to fix a broken door lock I picked up my vehicle to just have the lock cylinder fly out on the highway! Silly me gave them a second shot to now completely replace the door lock cylinder. After having my car for several hours I returned to pick up my car and THEY HAD LOST THE KEYS!!!! The manager approached me and after I explained to him what was going on he simply walked away and I never saw him again. They finally returned my car the following day and gave me only one copy of the key. As if two copies would break the bank!! I will never return to this dealership and I would never recommend anyone to go here. They are by far the worst!!!

Fabulous Staff And Service

Artis Purdie as Service Advisor went above & beyond in answering/expediting my service needs. Gus Doughman, my salesman for this vehicle, was also excellent in his assistance/help re: my issue. I would highly recommend Kelly for purchasing a vehicle and servicing that vehicle. So very very pleased!
