Quick and Friendly Service!

I needed an oil change and my car had a recall. At check-in, Fred was great! He reviewed everything and explained how long the service should take. I was very pleased that it took even less time than expected!

Fast Courteous service always at Kelly's

Everyone at Kelly's is friendly and out-going. the are courteous, and interested in fast complete service. I usually work with Artis as service manager, but the other service folks are great as well. We have a 14 Jeep and a 15 200C, so our work is still under warranty. They make sure that I receive an explanation of the work done, and answer any question I may have.

Fred in service was excellent.

Just an oil change, but quick service

Went in after work to get an oil change. They took my vehicle in quickly, but I waited about 45 minutes. Once they pulled my vehicle out of the service bay, they parked it right in front of where I would exit. Nice. HOWEVER. There were two vehicles parked in front of me that were not going anywhere for a while, and two more vehicles parked in the adjacent lane. So, I was blocked. I brought it to their attention before I left, but nobody came out to move any of those vehicles. I waited about 10 minutes, and then did a 65 point turn to exit. A little frustrating - I wish they were more attentive to the way other customers park when they come into the dealership.

Excellent Service!

Excellent and fast service. Very professional. Called me to let me know covered under warranty and had car ready 2 days earlier. As a female, it's very challenging not to "get taken". Artis was respectful and I appreciate that.

Jeep review 2015

I usually have outstanding experiences at this dealership, but I was disappointed at my last visit. I had booked my appt & a loaner car about 2 weeks in advance. My loaner car was not ready when I arrived & I had to wait about 20 minutes at least. When I asked how much longer, I was told they were busy, which I understand that, but I booked 2 weeks prior. It seemed They were trying to talk me out of the rental, but I had a doctor's appointment I needed to get to. Needless to say, I was disappointed.

Quick repair

My car was brand new-only two weeks old. Rear door/hatch wouldn't open. 30 minutes later, latch was replaced and on my way.

Quick work

I drove in for an oil change and left my keys with the service rep.I started to walk around the lot looking at the other jeeps, by the time I finished walking around the lot my jeep was out front waiting for me. Now that's what I call quick work.
