pleasanr experience

Scott was extremely welcoming and eager to help. Unlike any other car purchasing experiences, Scott made this one very pleasant due to his genuine and friendly demeanor. I strongly recommend him!! Justin Short referred me to Scott and both of them were very helpful and kind individuals.

NOT at all what I expected

I had been working with the service manager Bill to resolve an issue with the plastic panel on the side of my driver's door. The part arrived and I went in on Saturday October 3rd to have the piece installed. Bill was not there so Artis helped me to get the car in. I wandered around a little bit and when I cam back into the service department, they said the car was done. It took them 10 minutes to replace it? I went out to my car to look at it and to my surprise, the piece was not all the way on the seat. I went back inside to to ask Artis if I could have the technician look at it and he said he was out on a service drive and would be back in a few minutes. When Dennis, the technician came out to my car, he looked at the piece and stated to me that one of the clips must have come loose when he was banging it into place. He stated that there were too many parts to take off to replace it properly, so he took a short-cut to get it on. I asked him why he took a short-cut and he just shrugged his shoulders at me and said that's what he was told to do. Now, I know I bought a used car and this seat issue was under warranty, but don't I deserve the respect of the great service team you boast about? I feel as though I was a nuisance to the service department and I did not deserve to have "short-cuts" taken on my car - that I paid good money for - I drove 65 miles from Plymouth to purchase this car, it was exactly what I was looking for, but I'll not come back to have my car serviced at this chrysler facility.

Great experience

Was extremely impressed by Paul who was knowledgable, honest, and willing to find out answers to all our questions. Great guy. Would also like to say that Jimmy is a great representative for your business, so friendly and so helpful, and knows what he is talking about. He's the one who got us in the door. Paul sealed the deal.

Right to the point

I had a great experience at jerky just as usual. This is my second new car purchase and other family members are also customers. Kelly jeep is trustworthy and acts like they want to earn your business. My salesperson, Janet, was very thoughtful, professional and thorough. The sales manager, Andrew, as always was carismaric, friendly, thoughtful and genuinely cared about giving me a good deal and that I was comfortable with everything. Don't bother going anywhere else. No one beats Kelly Jeep !

A little too long of a wait

Waited a little too long for my keys to be made but dealership was decent enough to give me a rental. They go a long way to help you out

It worked out!

Previously owning a 2015 Acura TLX which I drove for about 3 months I was not pleased with the TLX experience (could be personal) but it was a great car just not for me. Driving the TLX for 2 days already knew this wasn't the car for me and living in New England I needed to switch for a more reliable car that would be able to handle storms like the 2014's winter season. Spoke with Dave Strazzere upon my arrival @ Kelly's and he made it possible for me to switch from a premature lease over to a wrangler. I am a happy camper needless to say. Would recommend Dave, he listens to your requests and works with you to try and make it possible. If you're in doubt, take my word for it and go to Kelly's. People here are really willing to help you! Sterling

Quick and easy

This was my 4th car from Kelly jeep . Each time gets better. price was great and Dan Wendt was great. Would recommend . Great overall experience.

Quick, Easy, Fair

After a lengthy and unpleasant experience at another dealership, I stopped into Kelly to see what they had to say. Justin was able to quickly assist me and remained honest throughout the sales process. He took the time to explain my options to me and presented the numbers to me in a timely manner. At no time did I ever feel pressured by any of the sales staff to complete the deal. I ended up getting the vehicle I wanted for a fair price without the usual back and forth nonsense you would expect when buying a new car. If you're in the market for a Jeep, stop by and ask for Justin, he keeps it real and treats you right.

Smooth experience

Took my 2015 Cherokee in for its first check-up and to take care of a few recalls. They did everything in exactly the time estimated. First oil change is free at this dealership (that never hurts). They only recommended a tire rotation as additional work, which makes a ton of sense as winter is approaching and it is very affordable to begin with. As you’d expect, the waiting area comes with coffee and WiFi to kill time/get some work done. While I don't think anybody’s idea of fun is to take your car in for repairs, this is as good as you need it to be :-)
