Love the New Car
Car buying is too often a painful experience, but Justin made it easy and enjoyable. I didn't feel pressured to buy any particular vehicle or add on additional options, and the negotiation was smooth and professional. I left the dealership a very satisfied customer, and although I've only had the vehicle (Chrysler 300) for a couple of days, I'm convinced that I made the right choice. Many thanks to Justin and Tom for all their help.

Lease trade in to new lease
I went into kelly for a recall on my 2014 jeep grand cherokee. ..i ended up trading in my lease early for a 2015 jeep grand cherokee. ...i couldnt be happier

fast and efficient
Took a total of 40 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation without an appointment at lunch time! I call that great service, I spend more time in line at Starbucks! Great customer service and system in place to make it a great experience.
