2015 Compass lease

I was turning in a leased 2012 Compass for a 2015 Compass and overall it was a smooth process. I can't say I look forward to leasing/buying cars but it was basically a stress free experience. I thought they could have comped an oil change or two though. Steve did a lot of the legwork, saving me from doing it (i.e. canceling plates). Driving out with a full tank of gas was nice.

This is how I want to buy a car

Everything went smooth and it was easy to get the car i wanted for a fair price. This is how it should be everytime. Best experience I've had at a car dealer

Electronics/radio replacement

I have a tight schedule due to work hours and the service center accommodated my schedule which was great. They tried to fix the problem and even double checked but it wasn't working so my radio will need to be replaced so that the issue won't happen again . All of this of course was out of their hands as far as being able to fix it or not but Fred was very professional and helpful . In addition my new vehicle had a leak in one of the tires and they fix that which was a great bonus... I'm definitely in great hands !

Service

I'm the owner of an '06 Jeep Commander purchased new and serviced here for almost 10 years. I keep coming back to the Kelly dealership for many reasons: friendly familiar faces, honest knowledge staff, available loaner cars, competitive dealer pricing, discount coupons, comfortable surroundings. Feels like family and friends whenever I'm there. Will eventually purchase another vehicle but for now enjoying my Jeep which looks and runs like half its age! PS - My first new car was a Datsun 210 Hatchback purchased from Ronald D. Kelly. Kelly family has obviously made a difference in my family which is why customers like me are making a differnce in theirs.

Great Customer Service

I had a great experience at Kelly Jeep. Leny Zoquier was very helpful which my internet inquiry. Dave Strazzere was wonderful to work with, his attention to detail and professionalism was greatly appeciated. After doing research on multiple Jeep dealers, I decided to drive an hour to lease my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland.

My experience was very pleasant. When I got there they moved me along the processes very swiftly and efficiently. They had a loaner vehicle as requested and I felt that Artis was very knowledgeable about my Jeep and even went the extra mile to get some work covered under my warranty.
