I walked into Kelly Jeep Chrysler and asked for Joe Murray, who had contacted me via email and phone and stated that he had the vehicle that I was looking for. I did not meet Mr. Murray, but was introduced to Corey Nance who helped me with the information on the vehicle and test drive. Mr Nance was a true professional and a gentleman. It was a very satisfying experience dealing with Mr Nance and purchasing my vehicle. I highly recommend Mr Nance and this dealership.

I recently purchased my Preowned ACURA TSX at Kelly Jeep Chrysler. I would highly recommend this salesperson. She was very patient, and was not pushy. It is it hard to find a salesperson that has these qualities. She gave us a really great deal on the car that I purchased. If I can give the salesperson a rating beyond 5 STARS, I would.

Kelly Jeep is an excellent dealership with a great sales consultant who helped my decision in picking my 2012 Grand Jeep Cherokee. Robert Page was professional,informative, and very helpful in making this important decision. I was not pressured, Robert was very honest and made my experience comfortable to decide if I wanted to purchase my vehicle. I have shopped for over a month ,this dealership was the best by far in every aspect for true customer service I definitely recommend purchasing your vehicle there.

We had a fantastic experience buying our new car at Kelly. The salespeople -- my husband dealt with Janet in the morning and received very thorough information and then Jim. My husband and I went back after visiting additional dealerships around the area. Jim was the salesperson who finished the deal. Both were friendly, informative and very professional. Tom was the business manager who assisted us with the financial portion of the process. He, too, was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional.

I just bought a new Grand Cherokee from Kelly Jeep. I worked with Janet Gadsby, who was the salesperson. She was very professional and knowledgable about the product. She was helpful and pursuasive without being pushy or overly salesy. I feel like a got a fair deal on the car I wanted and worked with a knowledgable professional who delivered the vehicle without any hassles. overall it was a great experience.

I had gone to several Jeep dealerships and talked with several salespersons. Every time, I felt strongly pressured into making a snap decision. With any large transaction, I believe that a customer needs to feel confidence in the salesperson and the dealership. When my wife and I visited Kelly Jeep Chrysler, we had the pleasure of meeting Janet Gadsby. She was very professional, personable, and non-pressuring. I sat down with Janet and talked about a 2012 Jeep Liberty Jet Edition. The sales manager is a gentleman and a genuine guy. I was please with the numbers and we proceeded with the deal. During the process, I also had the pleasure of meeting Brian Kelly. We spoke briefly and I told Mr. Kelly that I had purchased a Harley from his dealership in Billerica. This purchase experience was an unexpected pleasure. If you are in the market for a Jeep or Chrysler, go see Kelly Jeep Chrysler. Ask for Janet Gadsby and you will see what I mean about a wonderful person and an honest broker. Very highly recommended!

From start to finish, my experience with Kelly Jeep was excellent. Corey Nance was welcoming, informative & attentive to my questions & concerns buying a new Jeep. All questions were answered thoroughly, & the purchase process was very efficient. Upon delivery, Corey took the time to explain all the features on the new vehicle & demonstrated how to operate the electronics in detail. I would definitely recommend Kelly Jeep.

Janet the sales person was great. She was very thorough...

Janet the sales person was great. She was very thorough and professional. She sold a car to my daughter and we liked the way she handled the sale so my husband and I came back a month later and bought 2 vehicles through her.....Also Andrew, Manager, is terrific.....he sold me my 2003 Jeep Liberty back in 2003 and was the utmost professional and personable sales rep there at the time.....now he is a manager.....Love Kelly Jeep will always come back.....

We were greeted by Christian Francois. She was very friendly and welcoming. We were looking for a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I found Kelly Jeep/Chrysler on the internet. I had received an email quote from Josh Rouleau. I thought it was too good to be true. We had contacted Jeep dealers in our area and we were not able to get a price that we could afford. We received no pressure from Christian, she wanted us to be happy with our purchase. She was quick to get us out for a test drive. That was all it took, we were very happy with the Jeep. The dealership was very busy for a Sunday afternoon. They were fully staffed. Christian apologized for the delay in negotiating the final price. She was able to get the payment to where we needed it to be. The next thing we knew, we were in the finance office signing our loan note. I have never before purchased a car and signed a loan note on the same day. To say the least I was extremely impressed. We left with big HUGS from Christian. The next day I was able to pick up the new Jeep, while my husband headed to work. This was possible ,because all the paperwork had been completed the day before. This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. Thank you Kelly Jeep Chrysler. It was worth the road trip :)
