I went into Kelly's with no intention of buying a new...

I went into Kelly's with no intention of buying a new Jeep that day. But they were so friendly, gave me a great offer & a great offer for my old 1999 Jeep...how could I go wrong. Christian was so wonderful,no pressure what so ever. I knew what I wanted & she respected that. Andrew the mananger, was also very very nice. Tom ,from finance, got me a good deal on payments that were good for me. Everyone from Kelly was great. i met Bill from service & glad that I will be having my Jeep serviced there. Everything is so easy. You can make your appointments online. Just drive your vehicle up & they'll take care of you. So nice to find a place where you don't feel like your being ripped off. I love love love my new 2011 Jeep Compass!!!! It's great on gas,looks good & my first oil change was on Kelly's :) ! Sweet! I would reccomend this dealership to anyone!

Outstanding experience! Exceptional customer service! Total professionalism throughout transaction. I am a repeat Kelly customer and ONLY buy from Kelly. They sell you the vehicle you want, exceeed your expectations with customer service and work agressively with you for pricing. They located my Jeep at another dealer, picked it up and completed all the paperwork, prep and registration, etc within 48 hours! Amazing service and no inconvenience to me, and most importantly, the entire transaction from start to end was EXACTLY everyting we had initially agreed upon at the beginning. Picked up my Jeep last night and was given complete instructions about the vehicle by Corey Nance and also told to call with any questions. Paul Panzini and his team at Kelly has my vote as the BEST!! I HIGHLY recommend Kelly to anyone in the market for a vehicle!! They will treat you with respect and professionalism. Thank you. I have bought four vehicles at Kelly and highly recommend...

I have bought four vehicles at Kelly and highly recommend them. Although the sales team is great, and why we bought the first two vehicles there, it is the excellent relationship we have with the service staff that realy keeps us going back. The service staff goes out of their way to make things right, they are knowledgeable, professional, courteous and really take the time to understand my concerns when I come in for service. They explain the needed repairs in a manner I can understand, and provide accurate quotes, without any surprises. Matt has been extremely helpful in arranging transportation, drop-offs, etc. Ricky and all the service advisors are the greatest. This is a dealership that 'gets it'. They want you as a long term customer and they prove it starting on your visit.

What can I say about this place...Great experience! They make sure you are completely happy with everything before you leave. They give the best price and the most for your trade in. Work with Scott and the manager and you can't go wrong. The GM is out and about making sure everything is on point which you don't see in other dealerships. We recently purchased a 2011 Jeep Liberty from this dealership and dealt with Greg Moore. Due to our situation, we had been to over 10 dealerships and can honestly claim that the best, friendliest, and most efficient service came from Kelly Jeep Chrysler. We came here looking for a specific car because there were great incentives available and Greg did not waste our time trying to push other cars or models; he was very understanding and respectful of what we wanted and were looking for. It was about 3 weeks from my initial visit to when we decided to purchase the car, but Greg was always helpful and patient with us. He even came in on his day off to answer any questions, show us the car once again, and fill out paperwork with us. This didn't seem to bother him; he even offered to meet us somewhere closer to our home to make the process more convenient. Everything flowed very smoothly from start to finish, and after our purchase we were contacted by both Greg and the dealership to ensure that we were happy with our purchase. I sincerely do appreciate the work of Greg and the management at Kelly Jeep because being in the particular situation we were in, they were willing to help us and look into various options for us, finally finding something that worked for everyone. I love the car we purchased and look forward to coming back in a few years. I highly recommend this dealership, and particularly the service Greg can offer particularly if you're unsure or weary about the car buying process. Went to Kelly Jeep for my daughter to look at a jeep she...

Went to Kelly Jeep for my daughter to look at a jeep she saw on the Internet,we traveled quite a distance and we were met at the door by a smiling Greg Moore, professionally dressed,with knowledge of the car he was selling. I must say, there was no pressure from him at all. The manager,Paul,came into the picture to give his response to my initial money offer,nice fella-did not budge on the money issue,though. We bought the car,because it was the one that my daughter wanted.Greg did his best to make it as easy as possible for us to get the car-even offering to meet us half way....all in all, I was happy enough.
