My wife and I were looking to buy a new S.U.V. at a...

My wife and I were looking to buy a new S.U.V. at a reasonable price. I didn't want all the pressure of a sales person so originally called "Kelly Jeep" and spoke with Greg Moore over the phone. I expressed my requirments for a new S.U.V (push buton 4x4 rather than all wheel drive)and provided the price range we were trying to stay in. Greg's returned calls were timely and pressure free. My wife and I then met with Greg at the dealership and found him to be professional and friendly. Greg was able to find the Jeep Liberty we wanted (wih push button 4x4), in the color we were looking for and in our price range. Ater buying the Jeep, my wife and I left the deaership feeling this was our best car buying exprience. I have already recomended this dealership to friends and family. I would recomend Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield and (Greg Moore)to anyone looking to buy a new car!!!

I bought a 2008 Grand Cherokee from Scott in November. ...

I bought a 2008 Grand Cherokee from Scott in November. For some reason there were a bunch of issues with the vehicle. Scott was more than accommodating, helping me out with any and all issues that arose. The issues didn't stop so Scott ended up trading me out of the vehicle and into a 2011 Liberty. Scott was very sympathetic to the issues with the first car and did everything that he could in order to find me a vehicle that I would be comfortable in and happy with. Scott was very easy to deal with and actually took an interest in his customers. I am very happy with him as a salesman. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle and I would absolutely work with him again on a future vehicle purchase. Thanks Scott, for all your help.

Scott was extremely helpful in working to get our deal done. When it appeared due to time constraints that the deal was in doubt, he offered to drive the car to the Cape and deliver it in person. This he did and the deal was done. This was above and beyond what I would have expected....and much appreciated.

I'm pleased to inform you that we were able to do business together yesterday. Jim Newbegin in sales did a great job for us. It was very refreshing to meet a salesman we were able to relate to. I had been to several other dealerships where I walked away with an odd sense of trying to be cheated. The folks at Jeep should be very proud to have a man like Jim representing your brand.

Customer Service Rep was nice...commented how clean my...

Customer Service Rep was nice...commented how clean my car was and was impressed. Very friendly. Can't say the same for the level of work they performed. Shotty work. Overcharged for a part that didn't fix my problem. Didn't check my transmission fluid when that was my main problem. Never fixed my problem. Pretty much told me that I should just buy a new car from them rather than fixing this one. Probably the worst service experience I have ever had. Spoke to the manager and he was yelling at me and saying that said certain things to the Rep, that were never said. Things that I asked to be addressed, were never addressed. Also, when they took off my dashboard panel to replace the TCM (which they said would 99% fix my problem), they disconnected my trunk release...when I asked why my trunk wasn;t working, they told me, "It's not our problem, the switch probably went." I pulled off the cover and behold, the switch had been disconnected, but they wanted to charge me to look into it.
