This is my 6th Jeep from this dealership. Was in and out in an hour and 1/2 - start to finish. (meet salesman, test drive, negotiation, paperwork all filled out and signed with business manager).

Jhonn was fantastic. Nice, polite, easygoing and not pushy whatsoever. He worked with me to keep my payments where I preferred them to be, and treated me with respect when I asked (many) questions!

I always buy from this my preferred dealer, we have already bought 4 vehicles and we are always very pleased with the good treatment, service and prices we receive. I recommend it.

I purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited, Yamen Dallaji was my sales rep who made my buying process very easy he is excellent and has great customer service !! I recommend Kelly jeep but especially recommend Yamen. I appreciated his honesty and how sincere he was during this process. Yamen gets 20 out of 10 for a rating!

After discussing with ericka all the trouble i have had with my car since it was in an accident, where it should have been totaled, ericka convinced me to look into trading in my car for something without all the issues. And i couldnt be happier! Ericka is hands down the best sales person i have ever worked with. She was happy, bubbly, and made the experience a very positive one. After several crappy experiences with Jeeps service department, Ericka was able to restore my faith in the Kelly Jeep Name! Ericka is the reason I will continue to be a jeep supporter and ericka will be the person i go to from this day on. I wrote this review shortly after buying my jeep back in october, but wanted to update to add i ran in to an issue with one of my tires, turns out i had a roofing size nail in my tire, i had contacted ericka to see what the best route to take was since i was still in my 90 day window and wasnt sure it it was covered. she talked me through the process, had me bring my jeep right in and in less then an hr my tire was fixed. Ericka had made the stress of owning and caring for a car hassel free. Thankful to have been able to work with Ericka and even more greatful to have a car that i love so much.
