Rodent chewed at wiring and caused damage with needed repair. Service provided me with a rental and then a loaner, both at no cost, for over two weeks as they were impacted and couldn't schedule me at the time needed. I was treated exceptionally well and appreciate the efforts made on my behalf. The technicians are superb. Melina was kind and understanding. and communicated with me frequently to keep me updated, and also attended to my insurance adjuster. My family has been doing business with the Kelly family since the early 80s. My most recent experience is a reminder why this relationship has been so enduring.
