Amazing experience working with Yamen Dallaji on finding my new Grand Cherokee. Yamen is one of those people who you immediately realize is just a great person. Andrew Turransky GM was a huge help working with me to get out of my previous Jeep and into the next. Andrew Came out of and sat with me to explain my options and ensure I was comfortable. These two gentlemen are family oriented and spent time listening about my little ones and talking about the last year. Kelly Jeep has done a phenomenal job of changing the experience of going to a typical car dealership.

I dropped my car off for a scheduled maintenance appt. the night before. Rob, the service advisor, called to let me know what was to be done/cost. Much appreciated. My only complaint is that my car needed a part which Rob was going to check if it was in inventory. I waited for over an hour for a return call, only to find out that the part needed to be ordered. I understand that the service dept. is busy, so it must have been an oversight. Overall our experience with Kelly’s service dept. has been wonderful.

Yamen Dallaji was absolutely fantastic to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about Jeeps, and helped us find the right Jeep for our family. He is kind, courteous and responsive. Had a warranty issue with rust on my truck. Brought it into Kelly Jeep and was met by a very clean, courteous, and professional service dept. they scheduled my appointment, gave me a loaner car and did a fantastic job on my truck repairs. I have been a longtime Kelly customer and the service I received was exactly why !! I appreciate great service and that’s consistently what I get at any Kelly dealership!!
