I found my experience with Kelly jeep very satisfying, from the sales people to the service dept etc. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family , I had Scott Lassiter as my sales person , bought 2 cars , Great person!!!!

Yamen was a fantastic help in leasing my new car! He paid extra attention to all of my concerns and I felt very comfortable with no added pressure. I’ve already recommended to a few of my friends for their new cars!

This is my second time getting into a lease and let me say this time went so much smoother, everybody was really nice and friendly and didn’t harass or make you feel pressured into buying anything during these tough times. I can’t stress enough how comfortable they made me feel and not hounding me to make payments I wouldn’t be able to afford. Was misled in the pricing. The finance officer seemed to have added $6000 more to the purchase agreement and when I asked about it he talked around it and tried to confuse me with sales jargon. It was like I was a high school kid buying my first car,insulting my intelligence.

I was under the impression that Kelly Auto Group was reputable, I was wrong. After going through the process of deciding what type of vehicle best suited my financial needs (2021 Jeep Cherokee) we proceeded to the finance officer Steve. As i was going to sign the purchase agreement I noticed that they marked up the price $6000 and didn't add my trade in value. Typical bait and switch you would expect from low end car dealer. Very insulting.

Yamen was wonderful to work with and was extremely professional with me purchasing a used vehicle. Yamen also walked through the vehicle with me to insure I knew how to operate things like syncing blue tooth and showing where to access certain features the car has to offer. Buying a used vehicle from Kelly Jeep was a very positive experience and was stress free thanks to the Sales Manager Alex, Sales & Leasing Consultant, Yamen, and Steven from finance!

My Jeep Liberty was “dead”. Kelly Jeep identified every issue that needed repair or my attention. They fixed all the issues and made every effort to get my vehicle back to me as quickly and at the best price possible. Rob kept me informed of everything along the way

The dealership experience was great! First time being to the new facility and was extremely impressed with everything from The showroom floor to the tour of the parts department, it’s truly state of the art. Yamen was a pleasure to work with and made the entire buying process very quick and easy. His attention to detail and professionalism were second to none. Post sale Yamen even followed up to see how the first ride home went. The best car buying experience I have had yet!
