I just leased my second car with Yamen and I can't speak enough of the amazing service I got. Superb customer service and attention to all my requests. He went above and beyond to make sure I get all what I want in my new car.

This was my second lease from Kelly. Yamen was amazing...

This was my second lease from Kelly. Yamen was amazing to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and getting the best deal. We even had a price glitch after the deal was closed and Yamen was able to fix the problem quickly. I will definitely recommend him and will return to Kelly for my next lease.

Smooth efficient check in. Kept me well informed on progress and status. We’re cost conscious. A nice and surprising experience. My mirror didn’t need to be replaced as expected. Staff snapped in place at no cost.

The reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 is because Scott, the man who sold me the car is a great guy and did everything he could to help me. My jeep has been having alot of issues. My biggest concern is something suspension related that is throwing off my treadwear. I had to replace 4 tires at only 19,000 miles at my go to tire place. I brought it in to Kelly Jeep for a full suspension check and was told they took apart my steering column and everything was normal except I needed an alignment and was asked if I wanted one. I said no because I just got one somewhere else just 2 weeks ago and I will bring it back there. I requested a printout of the alignment paperwork. Gave that to the other place and was told it's a good thing I didn't get it re aligned there because they never told me an alignment cannot fix a rear camber issue. I need a complete camber kit. This is what is throwing off the tires. Went back to Kelly Jeep and spoke with the service manager I think Steve was his name and he said that is true, but it wasn't off so bad that the tires would be thrown off. Then he, who was a complete jerk about it goes on to say that my new tires don't even belong on my Jeep Renegade. They belong on a Wrangler. He certainly wasn't acting like a manager should. And ever since they took apart my steering wheel my buttons that illuminate are flashing on and off when I turn it. They said a bolt was loose and should be fine now because they just tightened it. And it's not. I really wish they could have taken responsibility and made things right. I've boughten 3 Jeeps from them and my parents have as well. I've spent alot of money there. I won't be going back.

Hi canonguy11. We are sorry to learn about your experience. We have reached out to both Andrew, the general manager, as well as Steve, the service manager. According to Steve, you were told that you needed a camber kit, which is what your regular service place told you. We understand that you declined this alignment and that if you had it done, we would have recommended a camber kit when you saw the specs. As for your tires, you have all-terrain tires on your Renegade - the same that we put on a Wrangler. It appears that when Steve and Scott pointed out how the vehicle would drive differently, you had no response to that. Overall, we are sorry that you did not have a great experience. We did, however, save you about $700 in unneeded repairs. Please, feel free to reach out with any questions. Thank you.

The page that shows the alignment of the 4 tires that I actually had to request a copy of (I wonder why) that should have been given to me with the summary states on the bottom in fine print.. "Camber cannot be adjusted" AND "bad camber can cause excess tire wear". Why offer me an alignment that I would pay out of pocket for and an alignment wouldn't fix the issue. A camber replacement fixes it. The whole reason I went there was to find out what is making my tires go so quick. And was told everything was fine except I just needed an alignment? And I did respond to Steve about the new tires. I said I am aware they will ride rougher than others. I never complained about that. I said the back tires lost traction occasionally.

Great sales department, horrible Service Departmen
