After a little confusion, the end result was positive due to fairness and good communication. The General Manager happened to be circling and overheard the confusion. This is my second car from Kelly Jeep Chrysler in Lynnfield, and second time working with Yamen Dallaji. I highly recommend this dealership, and specifically sales consultant Yamen and general sales manager Ilya Berman. I never felt pressured or rushed, and they went above and beyond to make sure I got my dream car at a price I could afford. There are no sales gimmicks, no deadlines, just great customer service. Yamen took the time to go through every option on the Jeep Grand Cherokee, and I could not be happier with my new car and the level of care he took in helping me. When it comes time for my next car, I will absolutely be calling Yamen first.

Artis Purdue was my service dealer. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I had gone to Grava in Medford because that’s where I live. The person I dealt with made me feel like I was bothering him. Although my car was under warranty, he would have to see what the problem was first so bring my car back in 3 weeks and it may or not be covered And it would be in the shop for at least a week. My husband called Kelly and spoke to Artis. He saw that we have an extensned warranty and told us to bring it in that next week. After dropping it off, artis filled out the paperwork and told us he would call in a few hours. He did, and the car was covered under the original warranty. He called us the next around 11:30 am to have us come and get our car. It runs amazing again!!! I could not have been more happy and I Kelly is now my new dealer ship!!!

I just like to know y my car was with no oil that’s what you guys said to me the need to be a reason if I know the enginen will burn if the car don’t had oil please can you explain that to me .thank you
