Great experience

Having Bought over 60 vehicles by far this was the easiest and best experience I’ve had .we were in and out in half the time . Properly staffed. Thank you. This was a company purchase

Great experience!

Yamen was a pleasure to work with from the onset. He was extremely pleasant, courteous and a consummate professional throughout the process. He was 100% honest, transparent and upfront about the vehicle and the transaction in general. I've bought a lot of vehicles and have dealt with many salesman over the past several years and Yamen was definitely one of the most sincere and pleasant I've dealt with. Yamen is not a salesman, he is sales professional. Highly recommend you seek him out for your next vehicle!

This was my 5th Jeep from Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield. I had a wonderful sales rep named Scott who was amazing! This was the second Jeep that Scott sold me. The first Jeep he sold me was with my husband. My husband new exactly what he wanted for me and Scott made it happen and that wasn’t easy. The second Jeep I just leased from Scott was the first time I purchase a vehicle on my own and I was very nervous. He was knowledgeable about the car, personable and never felt pressured by him to make the purchase. He seemed genuinely happy for me about this new purchase. Scott was excellent.

Worst Service Department Experience

I scheduled maintenance for this past Monday well in advance with a list of things to be done; Check the heat for an odd smell, update the uconnect, recall and oil change. I threw in replacement wipers at the service desk since it was available. An hour and a half later I get told that "yeah they can update the u-connect but it will take another hour". I did not have the time to wait another hour for something I requested up front. Yet the oil-change, rotation, and recall got done with no update to the uconnect & no wipers and the smell from the heater intact. What is the point of scheduling a list of items for maintenance, taking time off from work for it not to be done as requested. The best part was whoever put the oil-change sticker on my windshield, licked the xxxx thing so when i pulled it off I got someone's saliva all over my hands. Who knows if that person had some communicable disease or illness and he is licking stickers and exposing people. The only bright spot was the customer service from Melina, not her fault they could not follow instructions.

Professional and highly accommodating

Salesman and finance department did everything to get the vehicle on the road as soon as possible. Very friendly but professional. Knowledgeable about product. Extremely courteous.

Jeep Renegade purchase

Just bought my first Jeep. My wife and I finally traded in the family van for a fun vehicle and was it the right decision - especially to go to Kelly Jeep. We bought a Jeep Renegade Altitude and when you talk about 5 star ratings they should get more.... Samantha - the online contact, who had everything ready for us when we walked in the door. Janet - the saleswoman who did everything in her power to get us into the right Jeep for us. Chris - the salesman who showed us everything the vehicle had to offer and got the transfer paperwork done seemlesly. Rob - the finance man who found the best rate for our loan - a full point less than our own bank. Pablo - the manager who met us where we were and made the whole package affordable with his sincere concern for our finances. They actually made it fun. And the ride is fantastic. I am over 6’ tall and going from a van to a Jeep Renegade was an easy adjustment. There is more than ample leg and head and shoulder room. And the Renegade is more than capable on the road in all situations. No blind spots, good response getting on the highway and can’t wait for it to snow ! All in all it was a great experience and we would highly recommend this dealership and a Jeep to anyone asking. Have a great day folks, you certainly earned it with us !

Quick and easy

I went to Kelly Jeep with a specific vehicle in mind as I had done research prior to arriving. Having owned 3 Jeep’s previously, I knew what I was getting. But the staff at Kelly’s made it quick and painless. They worked with me in the price which is what all consumers want. I’d recommend going with them, or at least have them In the mix.

Quick, very efficient

Took my 2019 Jeep Cherokee in for it's first oil change and tire rotation. The service department was very efficient and quick, I was not in the waiting area long before they called my name. Great experience throughout the dealership.

No lines no waiting

Called said come right down took care of my Jeep. Also fixed a warranty issue told me about some issues I had so I got them done while I was there.
