They really do make it easy!

I am a first time car buyer and the thought of buying a new car gave me a lot of anxiety. Yamen was absolutely amazing and helped me find a car that was just right for my price limit and made my experience of buying a car for the first time a fun and easy experience! I am extremely happy with every aspect of my visit and now love my commute to work every morning! Thank you all so much. I would highly recommend coming here and buying a car. When you do as for Yamen!

Did not receive notice of expiring free oil change

I was very disappointed to find out that my last 2 free oil changes had expired. The vehicle is 2 years old this June and I was planning on using after oil change this month and then another for the winter I was never notified by Chrysler or Jeep about the expiration date Such bad communication as all the dealer wants to do is sell you the car and not care about the services needed during car ownership Will never come back Thanks

Joe, We are very sorry for that your Jeep Wave program expired before you were able to use them. This is a Jeep program that is good for two years, It is designed to be used with the recommended factory maintenance. If it is followed properly, you would have had the oil changes before the expiration, as well as the benefits that come with changing your oil at least every 6 months. Jeep has a very good new owner program that you would have received shortly after you purchased the vehicle explaining the proper ownership guidelines and the program in full. They would have also sent you information on registering your Jeep with Mopar to track all your service. I would hate for you to give up on us, especially when we gave you the oil change at no cost to you with no reimbursement from Mopar to us. We hope you can give us another shot, as I am sure the rest of your experience was great.

Yemen is simply the best. This was the 6th vehicle that my family and friends have bought from him. He's always kind and very knowledgeable about any car in the dealership. Thank you once again for making the process enjoyable and painless

Yamen is the best

Yamen is always great to work with and is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. Jeep Review

Our car buying experience was positive and our salesman, Steve Sullivan was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable . He answered all of our questions and did so in an easy going manner. Our overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend Kelly Jeep dealership.

Great he makes you feel welcomed

BEST CAR SALESMAN EVER.....

I decided to purchase a 2018 Jeep Sahara, and had been looking at different sites and dealerships when I came across Kelly Jeep Chrysler in Lynnfield MA. From the moment I walked in, the service I received exceeded my expectations. What a phenomenal, easy, caring experience I received. I was never hassle, hounded about buying my Jeep. Once I saw the Jeep I liked I was introduced to Pholy Meng a sales and leasing consultant. With Pholy I purchased the Jeep I wanted, and he made me feel so comfortable in my decision. I will definitely recommend Kelly Jeep, but most importantly I’m recommending Pholy Meng to assist anyone in looking for a JEEP, test driving with him, and finally purchasing my Jeep. His knowledge and calm demeanor let me know that I had the right person helping me with my decision, which led to purchasing my beautiful Billet Silver 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Thanks Pholy

2019 Rubicon awesome experience
