Fairly quick experience

Upgrade and programming 8.4 AR3 Uconnect Radio

Great service, programming factoy options in my 2014 Jeep Cherokee upgraded from 5.0 AR2 to 8.4 AR3 Uconnect Radio. All done in less than 30 minutes.

The best car buying experience I've ever had!

I am sooo happy with my my new car purchase. Lizzy Lam was wonderful to work with! She was very informative & thorough & helped me pick the perfect model jeep wrangler with my needs in mind. The managers, Scott & Aaron were also so helpful & great to work with. The whole entire car buying experience was the BEST car buying experience I've ever had.

Almost a new Jeep!!!

Came in for an oil change and almost walked out with a new vehicle!! I wasn’t really thinking about trading my current jeep, but I did find another jeep that I really liked ( certified pre-owned)...the numbers just didn’t work for me at this time. I’m not at all interested in leasing, so it’s a little disappointing to me to have that option constantly pushed on me. The saleswoman that we were working with (Lizzy Lam) was great and did her best to find something that would work for me, hopefully I’ll be back to see her soon!

2018 Jeep Wrangler

I have now had two excellent purchase transaction with Kellly Jeep. Lenny worked with me to start..excellent. Dave Strazzere was super..He took me on two test drives. He got me the Wrangler I was interested in. Scott the Sales manager sold me my last Jeep and he was involved in this transaction. Great dealership..they do make it easy. Thanks

Oil change and software update

I was told I would be waiting 45 minutes. It took 1 hour and 40 minutes for an oil change and a software update. On a good note this was better than previous waits. I watched my car sit there in the parking lot for at least 30 minutes after it was finished before being told I was all set.
