Yamen is the best sales person in the entire town!

My entire expirence at the kelly jeep Chrysler when I was buying my 300 was amazing! A special thanks to the sales person “”Yamen”” he was great and very honest he went above and beyond to acomodate our requests! And answered all our questions Also he made the whole experience very smooth! He Was a Great person to do business with! Also I got a great deal for the new car! Thanks to kelly Jeep Chrysler for the good business! definitely will buy our second car from here again thanks!

Wonderful experience buying a car!

My husband and I worked with Yamen Dallaji who was extremely helpful in helping us find a car and in the purchase and registration of that car. He was very knowledgeable and explained all of the features of the new car. He made the process very easy. We highly recommend Kelly Jeep and Yamen Dallaji. Everyone at Kelly Jeep was friendly and helpful.

Want to add unnecessary job

Job not done problem was not fixed last visit wanted to charge again for the same problem. Don’t like small jobs i have to go to other place

Lizzy is the best!

Perfection is what you get when your lucky enough to have Lizzy as your saleswoman! Smart, knowledgeable and patient! She basically answered all my questions without even asking & this was on 2 separate vehicles. Pleasure working w her & would recommend her again & again. Thank you again Lizzy😊

Yamen Dallajo sales associate

Yamen was very patient in explaining my lease options. He followed up on all inquiries and communicated well via phone, text or email. I have not leased or purchased a vehicle since 2012. Yamen was patient through the total package including final delivery of my Cherokee. I would definately recommend him to others as well as myself in the future.

Service/ front desk

I booked an appointment 7 days prior. Dropped my vehicle at 7:45am for a part recall. They asked me if I needed a ride ( I said no) was going jogging. I received a call at around 4 hours later suggesting some type of flushing etc. I agreed. Service person said he was going to call me as soon as it was ready. 2 or 3 hours later I was in the area , I called and the lady that answered the phone told me the my service person was out on lunch and I had to call back ??? I asked can you checked to see if my vehicle is ready??? Laziness!!! She checked and my car was actually ready and never received a call. I’m more upset with the lady that couldn’t check to see if my car was ready. The only thing she had to do was check computer or turned her chair and walk 5 steps and ask service. I call that Laziness!!! I never , ever give reviews because I feel bad but I had to this time. I had a few at this location

Friendly and knowledgeable dealer

Kelly Chrysler and Jeep in Lynnfield is a very nice dealership for my new car. The online sales person set up my appointment and on the day I came in, I met Lizzy and Scott. Friendly staff and they answered all my questions. I test drove the minivan and with several email communications, I decided to sign the lease. Another good thing is this dealership does have the leasing package I am looking for.

Great salesmanship took very good care.

Bought the car because I have always loved the grand Cherokee. Then on arrival the salesman assisted me without the unwanted pressure you get from other dealerships.
