Kelly Jeep Chrysler

After buying several Nissans from Kelly, I just bought my first Jeep from Kelly. From the moment our salesman Nick held the door open for my wife and I until I drove away with my new Jeep Cherokee, the experience was first class. Nick was extremely helpful in explaining the different models and options. He was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The test drive went well and Nick made sure I got a real feel for the car. The process to buy the car went quickly and was stress free. The Finance Manager (I'm sorry I forget his name) was also very personable and easy to deal with. When I picked up the new car a day later, Nick spent enough time to make sure I understood the intricacies of my new Jeep. I really appreciated Nick telling me to cll him if I had any questions or I ran into any problems.

My brand new car broke down the other week and with all the issues I went through, James was able to help me get it towed there with no issues despite all the calls and anger I got from other tow companies just to get it at that dealership. James was able to accommodate everything for me and get my Jeep to that dealer. Bruce took very good care of my car, called me to give me frequent updates, and at the end gave my car back in beautiful clean condition. He was also able to accommodate me with a rental so I wouldn't be missing a car. This whole episode with my brand new car breaking down due to a fuel pump misfunction gave me lots of stress but they were still able to make it a good experience and fix my car promptly. Thank you.

We don't buy cars very often. This was my second car that I purchased here. Everything went nice and perfect. Leny made an appointment. Pablo was able to read my mind and showed exactly what I needed. Used Car Manager (don't know his name) calculated the value of trade-in (14 years old Jeep) lower than I expected, but it's ok. Cristina went over my financing options and was very professional and convincing. I and my wife are very happy with our new Wrangler.
