It was a great experience working with Mike. He is very professional and knowledgable about the Jeep products he is selling. He has only been working in this industry for 6 months, but one would never know it. My experience purchasing the car with Mike as my sales guy was very positive. I would recommend that if you are heading to Kelly Jeep, to ask for Mike.

I came for recall. The staff were friendly and hospitable and resolved the problem. I was able to promptly obtain an appointment that accomodated my schedule.

Check in process was very quick. Bruce recommended a few other service items but didn't push. I was able to get a free rental with a Kelly Jeep coupon and use a 10% off coupon as well. Car was ready by 3pm and returning loaner car and picking up my car was done in a matter of minutes.

I have had taken my jeep to get fixed multiple times there and never had a good experience. Say it's fixed and when I go back to complain they think I'm dumb and don't know what I am talking about

Artis was attentive and courteous. Unfortunately, when I got home I realized one of the problems is still not corrected. I believe they tried to do everything and they assumed it was fixed, but the problem (a very minor one) is still occurring.

Extremely positive online purchase (lease) experience for a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. We worked with Leny via e-mail and then with Kelley (Sales Mgr) and finally with Chad for the paperwork and delivery. Everyone we worked with was a pleasure to work with and we were especially pleased with price for the vehicle. Highly recommend this dealership for purchasing/leasing a new Chrysler. Our experience was purchasing online, not walking in to the dealership directly. We had already done significant homework on the vehicle we wanted and price we wanted to pay prior to contacting them.
