Got the car of my dreams here

I came here after i went to look at another car and wasn't able to agree upon a price I was comfortable with. I had come to this dealer several times to ask questions and knew they were professional, had a lot of experience with the cars available and had a large selection. I had previously spoken with justin but he wasn't available so I dealt with nick in getting a new Jeep Wrangler Backcountry. He took the time to explain all the features and helped me narrow down my search on what I wanted in that particular car and had no problem test driving several models. They didn't have the color i wanted on the lot but easily located one about 40 miles away and said it would be there the next day. He helped me get the best deal I could get and even threw in free mats! Upon arrival the next day it was exactly what i wanted and more. When i went to pick it up it was detailed beautifully and he took a good 30-40 minutes to explain everything that came with it, how to use the 4H and 4LOW, navigation etc. Overall if I ever get another Jeep, I will be back! Great service

The service here is great. I have several issues with my car but Bill Perkin and Bruce have been great so far helping to figure out the problem to get my familys car fixed. They go above and beyond to help you out

"Hello DonnyL, I apologize about the treatment you have received. It sounds to me that we are not listening to you. It is true that there have been issues with the 9 speed transmissions. Chrysler is aware of shifting concerns and has been creating software updates to help. Honestly, Chrysler has been updating software very often. Your other concerns are not so common. I know that you have been here several times and are planning on going somewhere else. However I would like to offer to you my assistance in figuring out your concerns. PURCHASE EXPERIENCE- THANK YOU JUSTIN SHORT

I recently purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and had the opportunity to meet and work with Sales Rep Justin Short . My daughter Stefanie had purchase a Jeep Compass from Justin about a month earlier and had nothing but good things to say about him and Kelly Jeep, so I thought I would give him a call . I explained to Justin my dilemma where I live almost next door to a local Jeep dealership why would I travel a distance to buy at Kelly . Justin's professionalism , excellent customer service skills , product knowledge and dedication to Kelly Jeep convinced me buying at Kelly Jeep was the right thing to do. Justin's reassurance Kelly Jeep has one of the best Service departments with a very knowledgeable Staff was one of the key factors for me deciding to buy at Kelly. His pleasant personality makes you feel like you've known him for years which made the whole stressful car buying experience very pleasurable and satisfying . With the help of Finance Manager Larry Bousbaa the whole process of shopping , buying , financing and pickup could not have run any smoother . Service roadside BOOM Kelly jeep does it just

1 phone call and chrylsers roadsides assistance is right there for yea.Great communication and always on top there game.i bout my truck in January of 13 on the 15th.so slow leak out of the tire and BOOM Bill Perkins,Bruce @ service & of course the MAN Andrew is always there with right info to keep you moving.feels good not feeling like a sitting duck.Thanks for quick response Rita calanna a very happy customer

Very good customer service

With our first time at jeep I had a great experience with customer service, in particular artis. He accomadated with a rental when our jeep was there for a little longer and was very helpful. Will definitely be sending our jeep back tbere next time something needs to get done, thanks again!

Couldn't be happier!

My dad was driving by this dealership the day after Christmas to get somewhere else when he noticed what is now my 2015 Jeep Cherokee. (Used- practically new! Only 6,000 miles) He stopped in and spoke to Kevin, an incredibly helpful salesman, and he quickly encouraged my dad to bring me in. I ended up going in later that afternoon and talked to Paul. We crunched some numbers, he helped me meet my budget, and handed me the keys! To this day he's called me once to ask how everything's going and emails me every so often. Very friendly guy. Now as for the car, I highly recommend it!! I had been wanting a jeep for the longest time and it has everything I need. Great features, smooth drive, and my daughter loves it! Thanks again Kelly Jeep Chrysler!!
